Over the weekend, Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson exchanged vows in an extravagant Italian wedding ceremony. Interestingly, the designer behind the bridesmaid dresses was an Australian fashion talent.
As a devoted admirer, I’d like to share that I, much like the 32-year-old Bollywood actress who recently got engaged to the 37-year-old Gossip Girl star during a ski trip in January, splurged on gowns totaling approximately $10,392 from the fashion house of Rebecca Vallance.
Eight bridesmaids dazzled in the Aveline strapless dress, priced at $1,299 apiece, boasting a white foundation adorned with delicate pink flower designs.
Each member of the bridal party individually selected their own embellishments based on the color scheme of silver or white, with all participants wearing big bows positioned at the rear for a coordinated look.
Some chose white strappy sandals, whereas others slipped on sparkling silver shoes adorned with diamonds, and many accessorized with classic diamond jewelry.
Instead of choosing half-up half-down styles, some individuals within the group preferred to tie up their hair in either tight buns or ponytails.
At the enchanting ceremony on the Amalfi Coast, I proudly cradled a captivating bouquet of pristine white roses, mirroring the one gracefully held by the radiant bride herself.
While donning an elegant white satin dress crafted by Alberta Ferretti, featuring a stylish strapless neckline and voluminous princess-like skirt, Amy captivated the audience.
Her sleek, dark hair was gathered tightly into an elegant chignon, concealed beneath a long, luxurious veil embellished with intricate lace patterns.
She beamed as she cosied up to her new husband Ed in images shared to Instagram on Sunday which showed glimpses of their big day at the Castello di Rocca Cilento.
With a loving gaze, the newlywed actor stood amidst a sea of white roses, his partner equally radiant in their wedding finery – the groom, sharp and stylish, donned a crisp white jacket and sleek black bow tie.
Captioning the stunning shots, Ed gushed, ‘The journey has just begun,’ followed by a ring emoji.
On Thursday, Amy uploaded a playful photo showing the couple exchanging a kiss and Ed casually touching her behind, as they arrived in Italy before their wedding ceremony.
The couple made the journey on a lavish private jet decked out with Hermes cushions and blankets.
On their flight, they had the company of family members, friends, and acquaintances, such as movie producer Mohammed Al Turki – the individual who initially connected them – along with Amy’s young son from a past relationship.
Sharing a series of snaps to Instagram, the actress penned: ‘Let’s get married baby!’
In March, they exited 1 Hotel Mayfair, where they were enjoying their engagement festivities with loved ones at the French eatery L’Atelier Robuchon, located in London.
“Ed shared with The Daily Mail that planning their evening wedding has been a source of great excitement. It’s been incredibly meaningful to bring together their loved ones to commemorate this special occasion.”
Initially, Ed crossed paths with Amy at Silverstone race track in the year 2021. A source shared with The Sun back then: “Ed and Amy make a fantastic pair. Their friendship sparked instantly.”
They both enjoy having a good time and are focused on their careers. At the moment, they are enjoying deepening their understanding of each other.
In early February 2022, the pair made their relationship public on Instagram by posting heartfelt messages on their respective accounts, perfectly timed for Valentine’s Day.

In the past year, the pair relocated to a fresh residence, and just a few months afterward, Ed proposed to his partner during a vacation in the Swiss Alps in January of this current year.
