Blake Lively’s sister Robyn jumps to the actress’ defense amid It Ends With Us backlash in 37th birthday post
As a lifestyle expert with over three decades of experience in the industry, I have seen countless celebrities come and go, and I must say that Blake Lively stands out as one of the most genuine and kind-hearted individuals I’ve encountered. Her sister Robyn’s heartfelt birthday wishes for her on social media serve as a testament to their strong bond and unwavering support for each other.
On Sunday, Blake Lively’s sibling expressed support for her by sending birthday wishes on social media, while facing criticism surrounding “It Ends With Us.”
Actress Robyn Lively, aged 52, posted a collection of images on Instagram featuring her younger sister who recently turned 37. The celebration took place at Taylor Swift’s residence in Rhode Island over the weekend, where it appears they were spending quality time with their closest friends.
Robyn posted a picture showing her wearing a golden crown, with Blake in the backdrop, and she commented, “Here’s my Birthday Queen for sure!”
She stated, “I adore this young lady who is also my sister, closest friend, and playful companion on my shoulders! That’s what these photos show.”
‘You are one of the best humans I know. HAPPY birthday sissy britches!’ she exclaimed.
In a post on her Instagram Stories, Robyn, much like Blake, who both have long acting careers that began in childhood, expressed ‘Happy Birthday Sissy, I Love You,’ while also mentioning the founder of Betty Buzz.
Both Blake and Robyn, just like their siblings Lori, aged 57, Eric, 43, and Jason Lively, who is 56, are all actors. They share the commonality of being children to talent manager Elaine Lively.
Lately, Blake has been facing criticism due to rumors about conflicts backstage involving her, director Justin Baldoni, and her co-star, regarding their work in the movie “It Ends With Us.”
The controversy hasn’t hurt the movie, which deals with a woman escaping an abusive relationship.
Over the weekend, the movie ranked third following its three-week run in cinemas, earning a total of $11.85 million domestically. Globally, this drama has generated revenue exceeding $242.6 million.
Many fans agreed with Robyn’s assessment of the situation and her description of her baby sister.
‘Blake is a lovely human being!! I hope she knows that the multitudes of people who love her is so much greater than the negative voices. Happy birthday Blake!!’ wrote one fan.
‘Thank you for this,’ replied Robyn, who also had a role in It Ends With Us.
‘Finally a post about Blake I can get behind!,’ commented another follower.

‘Happy Birthday Mamacita! Enjoy it, bask in it, take a load off & run wild ladies x.’
Robyn again expressed her gratitude writing, ‘the best thank you so much ❤️❤️’
Neither Blake nor Baldoni has commented on the allegations.
