‘Gossip Girl’ alum Ed Westwick marries Amy Jackson in Italian destination wedding
As a seasoned cinema enthusiast who has witnessed the nuptials of countless silver screen stars, I must admit that Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson’s Italian wedding was nothing short of a spectacle that would make even the most cynical viewer shed a tear or two.
Actor Ed Westwick tied the knot with Amy Jackson in an Italian wedding, complete with a number of pre-wedding celebrations along the Amalfi Coast.
In an Instagram post on Sunday, the former Gossip Girl star penned: “The adventure is just starting,” as she shared the first glimpse from their wedding day, featuring photos of the couple standing before their flower-filled altar in a picturesque Italian garden, Giardini del Fuenti, Salerno.
Before the main event, the pair organized a get-together with pizza and pasta for their loved ones, followed by a voyage on a private yacht around Capri, Sorrento, Ravello, and Positano, accompanied by their nearest and dearest.

The “party cruise” was decorated with lemons reminiscent of Positano and offered Neapolitan street food, sushi prepared by the renowned Michelin Star chef Salvatore Iazetta, an endless supply of Spicy Margaritas, and dancing under the night sky with our cherished companions. Westwick commented on this event, expressing gratitude to the guests for attending. A snippet from the gathering showed the “Wicked City” actor delivering a speech.
A representative for Westwick did not immediately respond Monday to The Times’ request for comment.
On August 9th, the couple officially got married during a small civil ceremony at the Connaught Hotel in London, as reported by People. Their Italian wedding, which transpired on Saturday, was attended by 220 guests who had traveled from America, India, and Europe for a three-day celebration.

During the weekend, Jackson put on multiple white evening dresses; for the ceremony, she chose a grand Giorgio Armani gown created by Alberta Ferretti. In the weeks leading up to the event, Ferretti was showcased in a fitting video with Vogue Italia that Jackson shared. Westwick, too, opted for Armani, sporting a white tuxedo jacket reminiscent of James Bond’s attire in “Casino Royale.”
