Married At First Sight's Jade Pywell reveals baby plans with 'husband' Ridge Barredo after celebrating their one year anniversary

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Jade Pywell and Ridge Barredo’s journey is one that resonates deeply with me. Having been through the rollercoaster ride of relationships myself, I can empathize with their desire to start a family while also respecting their decision to prioritize certain milestones.

Jade Pywell and her screen spouse, Ridge Barredo, have shared insights about their future, hinting at potential parenthood in the near future.

In an exclusive conversation with Daily Mail Australia, the happily married pair from Married At First Sight (who just marked their one-year anniversary) shared their intentions to begin growing their own family.

When asked about their sex life, Ridge was quick to deflect.

He began by suggesting that you could proceed, but instead playfully passed the query on. “Absolutely,” he quipped humorously as an afterthought.

‘She’s not pregnant yet, though, which is a bit annoying,’ he quipped with a laugh.

He mentioned that there was a ring on her finger, but it seems it wasn’t the case. Instead, he suggested another ring, indicating that Jade might want a more formal commitment before they plan to have a baby – she’s hoping for an official engagement first.

When queried about whether they had talked about starting a family, Ridge clarified that Jade desired to get wedded first before welcoming a child.

‘She said yes to the next person who I will get married to or engaged to,’ he revealed.

Jade, with a daughter named Victoria from a prior relationship, made it abundantly clear what she intended to do.

She clarified that indeed her desire is for two children who are quite close in age. This has been a long-held wish of hers.

‘But I do want a ring first. I want to be engaged before I think of having kids. I’m not changing my mind,’ she added.

After Ridge posted a heartwarming video featuring him and his wife, celebrating their relocation to Jade’s hometown, Gold Coast.

In early May, as Daily Mail Australia disclosed, I found myself making a significant life change – leaving my position as a psychiatric nurse in New South Wales to live with my newly wed television partner.

A few days passed, and the uninvited groom from MAFS decided to announce the news on Instagram to his 111,000 followers, by posting a heartwarming video featuring him and Jade.

In the video recording, Ridge affectionately displayed public displays of affection (PDA) with Jade. He picked her up and planted a kiss on her while they were standing in the kitchen of their newly-shared residence on the Gold Coast.

In a connected comment, Ridge expressed his enthusiasm about his girlfriend and daughter Victoria, mentioning his joy at moving to live with them.

He penned: ‘We really did go from “can’t wait to see you next” to “see you at home”. After 6 months I’ve finally made the move to the GC to be with my girl.

Despite the challenging twists and turns along the way, we managed to persevere and eventually reach our destination.

At last, I feel at home here, and I can’t wait to keep building our life with the addition of little V. Love indeed conquers all! #LoveConquersAll
