Say Nothing premiere date and more to know about the upcoming FX series

As a seasoned gamer and binge-watcher of gripping murder mysteries, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming limited series “Say Nothing.” Having grown up amidst the turbulent backdrop of Northern Ireland during The Troubles, I find the historical context and intricate storytelling promised by this series particularly captivating.

The collaboration between FX and Hulu persists as they gear up for the release of the limited series, “Say Nothing”. You might recall that these two entities joined forces in 2020 to produce shows exclusively available on Hulu. Shows like “The Bear” and the various seasons of “Fargo” are some of the fruits of this partnership, but they could soon face rivals with the arrival of “Say Nothing”, set to premiere later in the year. Given my penchant for suspenseful murder mysteries, I’m certainly looking forward to it!

The series, titled “Say Nothing: A True Story of Murder and Memory in Northern Ireland,” written by Patrick Radden Keefe, stars Lola Petticrew, Hazel Doupe, Anthony Boyle, Josh Finan, and Maxine Peake. This captivating show delves into various tales, chronicling four generations of life in Northern Ireland during The Troubles. As Deadline mentions, one narrative focuses on the disappearance of a woman named Jean McConville, a mother of 10 children who was taken in 1972. Despite extensive efforts to locate her, there has been no sighting of her since, leaving everyone yearning for answers about her fate. However, as the story unfolds, it is revealed that she was tragically never seen alive again.

Say Nothing consists of nine episodes, which will be available for streaming exclusively on Hulu from November 14th onwards. All episodes will be released simultaneously on that date. While I’m looking forward to the series, I must confess that I prefer shows that air weekly rather than releasing entire seasons at once. Weekly releases make it easier for me to keep up with the storyline. However, some shows do perform better on certain formats, so we’ll have to wait and see how Say Nothing fares in this regard.

As someone who has always been a fan of binge-watching TV shows, I have found that it works best for me to check out the first couple of episodes and then make a decision about whether or not I want to continue watching the series based on my initial impressions. This method allows me to gauge how much I enjoy the show without committing to an entire season all at once, which can sometimes be overwhelming.
