Walking Dead star battles toilet monster in Scared Shitless trailer
As a seasoned gamer and horror movie enthusiast who’s weathered countless zombie apocalypses in The Walking Dead, I can’t help but feel a tinge of excitement upon witnessing the trailer for Scared Shitless. With Steven Ogg, the man behind Simon, taking on a new role that promises to be equally menacing, this movie seems to have all the right ingredients for a gripping horror-comedy experience.
The freshly released movie titled “Scared Shitless“, featuring Steven Ogg from “The Walking Dead“, unveiled its offbeat preview.
In this chilling movie, Ogg, best known for portraying Simon in “The Walking Dead” and its offshoot “Dead City,” takes on the role of Don, a plumber. After the passing of their wives and mothers, both Don and his son Sonny (Daniel Doheny) are deeply mourning their loss.
Sonny, a person with an intense fear of germs due to past traumas, accompanies his dad on a usual plumbing assignment. However, things take an unexpected turn when they encounter a startling beast lurking within the toilet!
In a grisly preview, we see a father and his son embarking towards what appears to be a haunted structure, where its inhabitants are tormented by an enigmatic beast, which moves through hidden pipelines, wreaking havoc without pause.
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m super pumped that despite no official UK release date yet, the movie “Scared Shitless” is making its way to our screens at FrightFest on Monday (August 26)! The logline promises an edge-of-your-seat creature feature that delves into a universal fear – being caught off guard and vulnerable, especially when nature calls in the bathroom!
In a turn of events following the passing of Sonny’s mother, plumber Don and his meticulously clean son, Sonny, find themselves caring for each other. To aid Sonny in coping with his loss and phobias, Don takes him on a regular service call. On this outing, they come face-to-face with the nightmare that every plumber dreads.
“A terrifying beast is making its way through the building’s plumbing, causing harm and death to the residents in a progressively gruesome manner. Working together with the night manager named Patricia, the team resolves to prevent this menace from escaping into the city’s water network.”
As a diehard movie enthusiast, I’m thrilled about the upcoming release directed by Vivieno Caldinelli. Alongside Chelsea Clark and Mark McKinney, this star-studded cast promises an unforgettable experience. With its 80s aesthetic and a blend of horror and comedy elements, it’s shaping up to be a creature feature that I can’t wait to sink my teeth into!
