As a seasoned viewer of reality TV shows and someone who has had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with inappropriate behavior in my own life, I must say that the latest antics of Stephen on Celebs Go Dating are truly appalling. It’s one thing to be crude and insensitive, but quite another to stoop so low as to make innuendos about a young man’s health or sexual orientation.

Stephen Webb left his date feeling ‘disrespected,’ ‘cheap and humiliated’ during Thursday’s episode of Celebs Go Dating.

As a die-hard Gogglebox enthusiast, I couldn’t help but feel a pang of sympathy for our beloved star, age 53, when Dean Muir, also known as my TV crush at 39, seemingly showed less than enthusiasm following my revelation that I wouldn’t partake in post-first-date intimacy. It’s not every day one gets called ‘boring’ by their idol!

Stephen tried to steer the conversation towards more flirtatious topics and enquired about the driving instructor’s personal preferences, also asking if such discussions or actions involving sexual encounters with students in the back of his vehicle had occurred before.

Dean then confirmed: ‘I don’t do anything on the first date’ as he attempted to change the topic.

Instead of asking if it was likely for him to get intimate on the second or third date, the TV personality instead expressed his view as: ‘I find that rather mundane.’

In response, Stephen bluntly said, “Well, you’re dull, I suppose. Live your life as you wish. Time is fleeting.”

The situation between them continued to deteriorate, as Dean later confided in the celebrity, saying, “I sense that all you really want is to be intimate. That’s the impression I’m getting.”

Responding with a hint of irritation, Stephen retorted, “That’s not the atmosphere at all. To be honest, I wouldn’t mind having one, but your comment did take offense.”

Upon seeing the bill, we found ourselves locked in another disagreement once more. I, Stephen, expressed my viewpoint that since our date didn’t quite meet expectations, it would be fair to split the cost evenly between us, 50/50.

In response to the mention of their significant age difference, Dean stated, ‘Given our current economic struggles, my peers and I would divide it up either way.’

After chuckling, Stephen took care of the bill on his own, saying, “Since we’ve talked about the current situation, I figure I should cover it.”

After the date Dean mentioned, he shared his feelings by saying: “On a scale of 10, I’d rate it as a big fat zero. I’ve never felt more disregarded by someone.”

After the airing of the episode on Thursday, it appears that Dean is among the two individuals who have expressed concerns regarding Stephen’s conduct to the show’s management.

He spoke to The Sun, saying: “Stephen inquired if I engaged in sexual activities with my students in the car. Such a question was utterly unprofessional. He implied that his car was nearby and suggested we could engage in such activities. He proposed sleeping with me.”

‘He talked about his hot c*** and asked me if I watched him on Gogglebox. He made me feel like a hook-up from a sex app. It made me feel cheap and humiliated.’

Dean asserted that the television personality demanded they consume tequila shots and cocktails prior to serving wine at a London restaurant back in June.

Dean mentioned that someone had inquired about his taste for eating tongue in an unsettling manner, to which he responded, “If that’s what you meant, I prefer kissing.”

TopMob have contacted Channel 4 for comment.

Simultaneously, a representative from Celebs Go Dating informed The Sun, “Any behavioral concerns are thoroughly examined and addressed in accordance with our strict guidelines.”

1. Our show prioritizes the well-being of everyone who works with us above all else. On Monday night’s episode, the agents handled Stephen’s behavior during his date with Dean, giving Dean a chance to confront Stephen about it himself.

Following the labeling of Stephen as “creepy” and “inappropriate” by viewers of Celebs Go Dating, due to his lewd remarks towards his date in Tuesday’s episode.

53-year-old television host left fans surprised when he opted for a date with 22-year-old soccer player Ben instead.

As they settled down for some drinks, aiming to become acquainted, things didn’t quite go smoothly because Ben disclosed that he wasn’t feeling well.

In response to Stephen inquiring about his preferred football position, the TV personality inquired, “Shall I play as a Goalkeeper?” or simply put, “Do you want me to play as a Goalkeeper?”

Following a moment of discomfort, Stephen remarked: “Aren’t you rather on the mild side, darling? I prefer things kept more reserved.”

As Ben shared his experiences of coming out at 18 and the challenges he faced in a football setting, the discussion seemed to become more comfortable. However, when Ben stepped away for a moment to use the restroom, Stephen feigned a yawn and joked that Ben was in need of a diaper change.
