Street Fighter 6 Adds Fatal Fury's Terry Bogard to its Roster in September with New 'Pao Pao Cafe' Stage

As a seasoned gamer who’s journeyed through countless arcades and battled across numerous virtual realms, I can confidently say that the arrival of Terry Bogard in Street Fighter 6 has me more than just pumped! Growing up, Fatal Fury was a staple in my gaming diet, and to see Terry stepping into the Street Fighter arena is nothing short of a dream come true.

Capcom has revealed that Terry Bogard, the initial downloadable content character from SNK’s Fatal Fury series, is set to join Street Fighter 6 starting from late September.

In approximately one month, there will be an in-depth exploration of Terry, the longstanding character from Fatal Fury, in the latest gameplay. Players can expect to control Terry in Fighting Ground and Battle Hub, as well as engage in combat with him as a new Master in World Tour. Keep an eye out for him in Metro City.

In World Tour, Terry’s new outfit – reminiscent of his look in “Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves” – will be accessible either by strengthening your bond with him or using Fighter coins. This stylish ensemble includes a brown jacket and jeans, and it is set to release in February 2025.

In Street Fighter 6, starting from September 24th, you’ll gain the opportunity to play as Terry Bogard by purchasing the Year 2 Character Pass. Additionally, a new stage called ‘Pao Pao Cafe’ will be introduced, filled with references to Fatal Fury. The character Mai Shiranui is expected to join the game in early 2025.
