People of Note is a role-playing game where you take turns battling in a world completely built around music. The game takes place in Accordia, a land with cities inspired by different music genres like rock and rap. You play as Cadence, a determined hero who wants to win Notovision, a famous music contest, even though it seems impossible. She’s up against Coals, a dominant boy band that has won the contest nine times in a row, and faces a lot of opposition along the way. The pressure is on!

As a huge fan of Stephen King, I’ve always been excited about the possibility of seeing The Talisman and Black House adapted for the screen. King really knows dark fantasy – The Dark Tower is legendary, and Fairy Tale is already heading to A24 as a series. For a while, it looked like the Duffer brothers, who brought so much fantasy to life in Stranger Things, were going to tackle The Talisman duology. But apparently, the sheer scale of the story, the budget it would require, and the challenges of bringing it to life visually proved too much. They ultimately decided to work on The Boroughs instead, which I totally understand – some projects are just massive undertakings!

Okay, so I’m super hyped because Netflix is dropping a really twisted psychological thriller this week – it’s all about a cult and a messed-up romance. Siobhan Finneran is in it, along with Asa Butterfield and Molly Windsor, and apparently it’s packed with dark secrets! But that’s not all – if you’re like me and obsessed with Stranger Things, they’re doing this new animated spinoff called Stranger Things: Tales from ’85 which is going to be a totally fresh way to experience the world of Hawkins. Seriously, Netflix is killing it right now!
