She added: ‘The arguments we would have were just really sad’.
Helen has children Matilda (age 9), Delilah (6 years old), and Charlie (3) with her former partner, and the celebrity admitted that she worries nobody else might show affection towards her because of her status as a single mother.
With tears streaming down her face, she went on saying, “I’m not sure if there’s anyone who will truly care for me the way I deserve.”
Despite the fact that my ex mistreated me, I believe he genuinely cared for me deeply. And sometimes, I encounter someone who catches my eye but I hesitate to approach because they have children, which makes me think, “I could be attracted to her, but I’ve never been in a relationship with someone who already has a family.” This mindset is based on my own life experiences and the belief that starting a new relationship with kids involved would complicate things too much for me.

When queried about the concept of ‘happily ever after’, Helen responded, “I’ve been with my ex, Scott, since I was 19, and he was essentially my universe. I had this belief that we would remain together for good.”

I wasn’t particularly eager to discuss the topic, but since I was embarking on a six-month theatre tour soon, I felt compelled to bring it up.
When asked about joining Celebs Go Dating, Helen shared her enthusiasm by saying: “I absolutely loved it! It was such a blast. To get the most out of it, all you really need is an open mind, and it turned out to be an excellent way to enjoy the summer.”
‘But I think it would take someone really special to introduce them to my children.’
Helen previously opened up on her personal heartbreak following her split.
As she grappled with her feelings, she experienced a disturbing side effect from her ADHD medication, causing her to slip into a state of psychosis.
She remembers saying she wasn’t feeling great at all back then. To put it simply, she was grappling with her psychological well-being from around late last year until early this year. In an attempt to improve, she took her medication, but sadly, it ended up worsening the situation instead.
For several weeks, Helen needed time to heal and unfortunately had to step away from a Cluedo touring show, which she had eagerly anticipated as her comeback to the theatrical limelight.
Initially, Ellie Leach, a previous cast member and Strictly Come Dancing champion, took over her role. However, she plans to reappear on Celebs Go Dating in the future.
