As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’ve been open about my recent experiences, using TikTok as a platform to chronicle my healing process. I’ve shared that a recent surgery has led me to experience some weight gain.
In one short clip, Sophie stood in front of the camera wearing a pair of unzipped pants.

In this rephrased version, the caption says: After undergoing surgery, Sophie managed to slip back into her trousers a week later, as she shared in the video clip.
‘Woke up 7 days post surgery and I can finally do up my pants again,’ she wrote.
A second clip showed Sophie receiving a lymphatic drainage massage to assist with her weight gain.
She shared that she received a lymphatic drainage massage due to her surgery causing her to gain approximately 4 kg around her abdomen, as stated in the video’s caption.
