As an ardent fan of musical theater and JLS, I must say that witnessing Aston Merrygold grace the stage as the Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz is nothing short of a dream come true! With his charming persona and incredible talent, he’s sure to bring a unique energy to the role.

At the grand show of The Wizard of Oz at the Gillian Lynne Theatre, Aston Merrygold wore a cheerful grin throughout the performance.

Previously part of the band JLS, a 36-year-old individual is assuming the role of the Tin Man during the ongoing West End shows, with the show’s first performance taking place on Thursday.

Earlier this month, it was revealed that the singer would be joining the cast, with RuPaul’s Drag Race UK champion, The Vivienne, portraying the role of The Wicked Witch of the West.

On Sunday, Aston was caught smiling while performing alongside his fellow actors for the widely-appreciated musical, as he stepped onto the stage.

In a sequence of photos, Aston could be seen grinning and chuckling as he bid farewell alongside Aviva Tulley, who portrays Dorothy; Benjamin Yates, cast as The Scarecrow; Emily Bull, in the role of Glinda The Good Witch; and Abigail Matthews, our Toto.

At certain locations, the contestant from The X Factor will perform alongside Craig Revel Horwood, who is known for his role on Strictly Come Dancing, taking on the character of the Wicked Witch of the West.

In the pictures, the singer, donning a brown baker-boy cap, was seen sporting a gray shirt and a brown vest. He beamed with delight while singing and dancing in harmony with the character of Dorothy from the show.

In different shots during the show, Aston beamed a wide grin towards the spectators while he and the entire ensemble took their final bow under the applause from the appreciative audience.

After the performance Aston was spotted on the red carpet with his wife Sarah Richards, 40.

As a die-hard fan, I couldn’t help but notice the singer snuggling with his two-year partner, both looking sharp in an elegant outfit. He was dressed to impress in a crisp white shirt, smart black trousers, and stylish white and black brogues.

As a lifestyle aficionado, I’ve got my eye on adding a pop of freshness to my ensemble today. I’m sporting a chic pair of green sunnies that add an instant cool factor, and to complete the look, I’ve wrapped a stylish green silk scarf around my neck as a statement accessory.

Her companion donned a sleek black dress featuring a halter neckline, adding a splash of vibrancy with high-heeled shoes adorned in yellow lace, and a handbag in pristine white emblazoned with the words ‘wifey lifey’.

In another photo, the West End star smiled for the camera alongside a poster bearing his image, and in a different set of shots, he stood alongside his fellow actors, striking a group pose.

With a broad grin, the performer affectionately wrapped his arms around The Vivienne, Benjamin Yates, Aviva Tulley, and Nic Greenshield, who were also part of the cast.

As an overjoyed new dad, I’ve been eagerly waiting for this moment – my first West End appearance, and it’s finally here, mere six months since the arrival of our precious daughter!

In March, the JLS frontman and his dance artist spouse, Sarah, joyfully shared that they’d added a new member to their family – a beautiful baby girl.

The happy pair, showing off their newborn named Riley Skye during a selfie, smiled brightly as Sarah held the baby on her hospital bed.

In another photo, Aston was seen cradling his daughter close to him without a shirt, sharing intimate skin-on-skin moments, and giving her a sweet kiss on the cheek.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’d like to share a heartwarming moment I recently witnessed. Being present in the hospital, I couldn’t help but feel touched as the beaming parents displayed pictures of their daughter, peacefully sleeping in her crib.

She wrote: ‘Obsessed with you baby girl’.
