However, the recent allegations of rampant sexism, misogyny, and bullying at ABC, as exposed by Four Corners this week, truly saddened me. It felt like a punch in the gut, reminding me of experiences I had to endure during my early years in the industry. It’s crucial for networks like ABC to take these allegations seriously and make concrete efforts towards creating a more inclusive and respectful work environment for all employees, regardless of gender.

In an interview with The Daily Telegraph, 59-year-old Larry expressed his continued sense of pride in working at Seven, acknowledging that there are always areas where improvements can be made.

‘I know there’s a focus on a small minority of people doing the wrong thing,’ he said.

The experienced TV personality emphasized that there’s room for improvement in certain aspects, and notably, the network is making strides to rectify the issues.
