On Saturday, Stephanie Waring displayed her freshly-styled pixie cut while enjoying a delayed bachelorette celebration.
As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share the exciting news that the actress who captivated us as Cindy Cunningham on Hollyoaks for almost three decades before her departure earlier this year, secretly tied the knot with her partner, Tom Thornton-Brookes, in a grand Maldives wedding ceremony in July.
Over the weekend, she rejoiced alongside Corrie actress Alison King at a delayed bachelorette party, a customary celebration that usually happens before the marriage.
Stephanie flaunted her stylish flair, donning a sleek black shift dress featuring a delicate white scalloped edge, while also displaying her freshly styled hair.
Accompanying a selfie with Alison, I posted on Instagram: “Bachelorette party! The second wedding is just around the corner!”
After being together for almost four years Stephanie and Tom tied-the-knot at the five star Ifuru Island resort after a last minute decision.
As I perused the latest issue of OK! Magazine, I couldn’t help but be captivated by the radiant image of the actress. She was resplendent in a graceful A-line dress, adorned with a tailored bustier and intricate embroidery that accentuated her elegance to perfection.
At their wedding, Steph’s girls, Mia (aged 18) and Lexi (aged 13), weren’t physically there, but she made certain to video call them so they could see the stunning dress she wore.
She shared with the media: ‘Upon our trip to the Maldives, Tom asked me, “Shall we get married?”, to which I simply responded, “Sure.”‘
Tom shared that he had been browsing the internet about our accommodation, and noticed they offered wedding services. Being spontaneous in certain aspects, it seemed fitting to him. Consequently, we seized this opportunity right away.
After the disappointment of being let go, Stephanie received joyful news from the bosses of Hollyoaks.
The show is now facing significant reductions in its budget, leading to plans to decrease their staff by about 40%.
In an emotional video, Stephanie shared the impact this was having on her, expressing: “Today, I bid farewell to some crew members I’ve collaborated with for the past 16 years.”
For nearly three decades, I’ve had the privilege of being part of this incredible community. Then, quite unexpectedly, it struck me – much like a sudden bolt from the sky. The truth is, I’ll deeply miss these wonderful individuals.
She continued how she has to be positive otherwise she would ‘just gonna go another way.’
Stephan went on saying: “I always value being present with a cheerful demeanor, but the truth is, I’ll deeply miss all of you, and as the farewell draws nearer, it becomes harder.”
