Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu reveals she was ‘traumatised’ after becoming a victim of revenge porn and was forced to call the police after being threatened by a ‘stalker’ with intimate snaps

The well-known personality from reality television, aged 29, shared that the harrowing experience of having a stalker who intended to disclose private photographs she had previously sent to an old boyfriend left her deeply affected and traumatized.
On a recent romantic rendezvous with a dashing gent I stumbled upon on Tinder, my cherished device slipped from my grasp and vanished like a phantom, leaving me in a state of heart-wrenching despair! This is what transpired as recounted during an enlightening conversation with The Sun on Sunday’s Fabulous magazine.
And following the date, Ekin-Su says the man turned up at her home with a brand new phone.
The individual stated that it would have been a warning sign (red flag) if the phone wasn’t in its original wrapping, but at that moment, she believed he was simply being thoughtful (spoiling her).
Ekin-Su disclosed that on some occasions, she began using her phone during conversations with him after their date.
She told The Sun, “For about two months, I’d been using the phone, and then I received an extremely odd email at my work email address.”
At that point, I was employed in an administrative role within a financial institution. In essence, it could be interpreted as, “They seemed to have all the information about me.”
Initially treating the email as spam, the Celebrity Big Brother contestant was unexpectedly sent a private photo featuring herself.
She mentioned that she initially assumed it was spam, but the attached image showed her wearing lingerie – an image she had sent to her former partner.
The star also said that she tried her best to ignore the emails, however, they kept on coming and one message threatened to leak her private messages.
Ekin-Su revealed her ‘stalker’ had been threatening her with intimate pictures she had taken, however, the police could not do anything.
As a diehard fan, I’d rephrase it like this: “Even though we’re reportedly still friends, my idol confided in The Sun that her ex-beau recommended reaching out to the authorities.”
Ekin-Su admitted that she felt rather foolish when the police questioned her about meeting new people or if she had given any presents.
Afterward, it became clear that the device’s IP address was impossible to trace, forcing her to erase her phone, iCloud account, and emails.
Additionally, she mentioned that before her stint on Love Island, the producers inquired whether any private details might be revealed, and she anticipated some information might become public. Fortunately, nothing of that nature surfaced during her time there.
As an ardent admirer, I must share that Ekin-Su candidly admitted she’s been left deeply affected, carrying the weight of a harrowing experience. She confessed that lingering concerns persist within her, fearful of potential revelations that could surface. The star disclosed to The Sun that although the terrible event occurred, she is now relishing her time as a single person and has started going on dates following her registration on the exclusive dating platform, Raya.
Following Ekin-Su’s promise to reveal everything in her explosive memoir, she plans to disclose the truth about the events that transpired between her and Davide Sanclimenti prior to their breakup.
The winner of Love Island, who encountered Davide during the ITV2 dating program, recently verified that they had separated again from the Italian entrepreneur, aged 29, in February. She attributed the split to the tumultuous highs and lows experienced in their relationship.
Currently, Ekin-Su is set to reveal personal insights from her past in a forthcoming memoir. This book will delve into her struggles with childhood trauma and bullying, while also reflecting on her journey through various reality shows like Love Island, The Traitors US, and Celebrity Big Brother.
She told The Sun, “Everything about my relationship with Davide is included, and there’s a lot to uncover. I’ve decided to stop concealing it.”
‘I’m done lying and protecting other people, this is my truth.’
She mentioned that composing the book was a therapeutic experience for her, and expressed her desire for others to understand her as an individual beyond her accomplishments and romantic relationships.
In the scorching summer of 2022, just a mere month after we, the beloved winners of Love Island, sealed our victory as a couple, tiny fractures began to surface in our fairytale romance with Davide. Hunky Davide was seen leaving a party with two blondes in August of that year.
Ekin-Su burst into tears upon hearing about the incident, vehemently refusing to accept that Davide could behave unkindly towards her.
When she asked him ‘how could you do this to me’, she claims he simply replied: ‘Excuse me?’
During the filming of their ITV2 series Homecomings, Ekin-Su admitted that she discovered photographs of Davide with other women on his mobile device.
She claimed she saw images of two blonde girls in his Manchester flat wearing his clothes.
Ekin-Su did not want to make anything of the situation at the time because they were being filmed.
The TV host subsequently asserted that Davide had been unfaithful to her with a woman named Harriet Wilson, who then reached out to Ekin-Su about it.
In different circumstances, Davide was found to have left his laptop unattended, and Ekin-Su discovered sexually suggestive communications between him and a girl they encountered during New Year’s Eve.
She said seeing those messages ‘broke something in me’.
Actress Ekin-Su chose to remain discreet rather than respond publicly to the rumors of infidelity, as she aimed to avoid embarrassment while simultaneously safeguarding Davide.
