Last week, the formal dissolution of the marriage between Billy Ray and Firerose was announced. This came three months after the country singer submitted divorce papers against his Australian spouse, who he had been married to for barely a year, due to ‘unresolvable disagreements’.
Following a contentious and highly-publicized separation marked by accusations of verbal and emotional mistreatment from both parties, legal papers filed on Monday and obtained only by DailyMail.com reveal that Firerose emerged without any financial settlement.

In the growingly disputed divorce proceedings, Billy Ray seemed to question the validity of this statement by requesting her medical documents through a subpoena.
She has since rescheduled her surgery.
