Kerry Katona confirms she IS moving to Spain with boyfriend Paolo Margaglione in September and reveals daughter Heidi, 18, is ‘unhappy’

Kerry Katona announced she’s relocating to Spain with her partner, Paolo Margaglione, in September. She also shared that some of her children aren’t happy about the move.

The 45-year-old celebrity had announced she was leaving the UK to live in a warmer place with her former fiancé, Ryan Mahoney.

Although her previous plans fell through, Kerry has announced she’s now going ahead with the move, this time with her partner, Paolo.

However, her decision has left some of her children with ‘mixed’ feelings.

Kerry shared that she and Paolo are planning to move to Spain in September and have already begun searching for properties.

I’m thrilled about this, but also a little anxious. When I told the kids, their reactions were varied. Heidi was disappointed, but Molly was very supportive, telling me to go for it and do what makes me happy.

In her latest New Magazine column, she added that older children are welcome to join them if they wish, and DJ will definitely be coming along.

Balancing work and family is tough, and it feels like I’m never truly present in either place. When I’m working, I’m not home, and when I am home, I often end up alone. So, I figure, why not enjoy some sunshine instead?

Molly, age 25, is Kerry’s oldest child. She has a younger sister, Lily-Sue, who is 22. Both Molly and Lily-Sue share the same father, Kerry’s ex-husband, Brian McFadden.

She has two children: Heidi, who is 18, and Max, who is 17, with her former partner, Mark Croft. She also has a son, Dylan-Jorge, with her late partner, George Kay.

While businessman Paolo is dad to two daughters, Milani and Nola, from a previous relationship. 

Kerry and Paolo suggested they were planning a move during an interview they did together last month.

They were planning to move next year, but with her youngest son’s school closing, they feel it’s a clear signal to move sooner rather than later.

Kerry was really upset to learn that DJ’s school is closing in July. Her daughters, Molly, Lilly, and Heidi, all attended the school, and she’s heartbroken about it.

We’re now scrambling to find DJ a new school, but they prioritize students who already have family members attending. Unfortunately, DJ has been placed on the waiting list.

Kerry Katona, known for her time in the band Atomic Kitten, started a relationship with Paolo after they met while filming the reality show Celebs Go Dating last April.

Since appearing on the show, the couple’s relationship has blossomed, and they reportedly moved in together just two months after they first met.

Kerry had previously described their sex life as ‘amazing’ and shared that she was happier than she’d ever been.

During a recent appearance on Good Morning Britain, Kerry gushed over the hunk.

She described him as the most beautiful person she’d ever met, playfully adding that he might just be the love of her life – and bracing herself for another romantic connection.

I’ve never experienced a love like the one I share with him – a love where I both give and receive it so fully.

Honestly, I’m deeply touched by this connection. He’s just a genuinely wonderful person, and I feel incredibly lucky to have him in my life. It really warms my heart, and I don’t mind admitting it brings a tear to my eye sometimes!
