Disney Channel’s Skai Jackson arrested on suspicion of domestic battery at Universal Studios

It appears that Disney Channel actress Skai Jackson might face minor charges, following her arrest at Universal Studios in Hollywood a week ago.

On August 9th, an actor from “Jessie” and “Bunk’d”, was taken into custody under suspicion of domestic battery. This occurred after security personnel witnessed her and her boyfriend engaged in a physical fight at the theme park, which is next to the Universal CityWalk area with restaurants and shops.

At Universal Studios Theme Park in Los Angeles, there was an incident within a domestic setting involving Skai Jackson, as stated by a representative from the Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday. Preliminary investigations found that Ms. Jackson was the main party responsible for the altercation and was subsequently taken into custody for a charge related to battery of a spouse, which is classified as a misdemeanor.

Jackson, 22, was then transported to the West Hollywood Station for booking.

According to Page Six and TMZ, on-duty security personnel reported an incident involving Jackson pushing her boyfriend, leading them to contact the police. They kept the couple in custody until the local police force arrived and scrutinized the security camera footage, which supposedly showed Jackson pushing her boyfriend not once but twice.

At 5:50 p.m., Jackson was taken into custody and her details were recorded at 6:30 p.m., as indicated in the sheriff’s jail records. A bond of $20,000 was established for her, and she was issued a citation before being freed a few hours afterward.

According to reports, the actress who voices “Bubble Guppies” character and her partner have both stated that there was no physical altercation during the alleged event. Furthermore, Jackson is said to have asserted that they are blissfully engaged and anticipating the arrival of their child.

Law enforcement representatives stated that the probe continues, and it will eventually be submitted to the Van Nuys Superior Court for further proceedings.
