Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess Gets Free DLC to Celebrate 500,000 Player Milestone
As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I’ve seen my fair share of titles that promise innovation and immersion, but few have managed to capture my heart like Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess. Having played Okami years ago, the collaboration between these two games feels like a dream come true.
Capcom unveils the initial installment of an exclusive behind-the-scenes series for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, in recognition of the game reaching a player base of over half a million, who will receive free DLC as part of the celebration.
As a long-time fan of video games and someone who has been playing for decades, I am thrilled about the upcoming free DLC for my favorite game. The fact that it includes three “enchanting” Mazo Talismans, one of which is a collaboration with Okami, makes me even more excited. I can’t wait to see how the new sorting function on the Mazo Talisman equipment screen will improve my gaming experience. Additionally, the inclusion of several minor bug fixes means that the gameplay will be smoother and more enjoyable overall. I’m looking forward to trying out these new additions and continuing my journey in this amazing game.
- Mazo Talisman: Jubilee – Equip this Talisman and watch as the villagers near Soh burst into a joyous dance.
- Mazo Talisman: Dancing Crane – Transform Soh’s normal attacks into a mesmerizing dance, along with bursts of fireworks.
- Mazo Talisman: Amaterasu – With this Talisman, vibrant flowers will bloom beneath Soh’s feet when travelling.
Launched for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC in July, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is now available, and if you’re curious about its creation process, take a look at the initial installment in Capcom’s making-of series. This video showcases the role of photography, miniature 3D models, digital effects, and other elements in bringing this game to life.
