It stars James Spader as Raymond Reddington, a famous criminal who surprisingly begins working with the FBI, despite being one of their most wanted fugitives.
He’s willing to help the police catch other criminals, but only if he’s allowed to partner with the new agent, Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone).
I loved the supporting cast too – guys like Diego Klattenhoff, Ryan Eggold, Amir Arison, Hisham Tawfiq, and Harry Lennix all really made the show for me!
After a successful ten-season run and multiple awards, including an Emmy, The Blacklist concluded in 2023.
The show led to the creation of a spin-off series called The Blacklist: Redemption, plus it inspired novels, a comic book series, and a video game.

I recently read a review in Time Out Chicago that pretty much hit the nail on the head about The Blacklist. They said it’s a bit over-the-top and cheesy, but ultimately, it’s really enjoyable to watch!
