Spider One’s new horror film Little Bites to hit theaters in October 2024

As a seasoned gamer and horror movie enthusiast with a soft spot for unique storylines and exceptional performances, I can hardly contain my excitement about the upcoming release of “Little Bites.” With a stellar cast including Krsy Fox, Jon Sklaroff, Barbara Crampton, Heather Langenkamp, Bonnie Aarons, Lyndsi LaRose, and Mark Kelly, this movie promises to be a chilling masterpiece.

On October 4, 2024, the horror movie “Little Bites” by Spider One (known for “Allegoria” and “Bury the Bride”) will hit theaters. RLJE Films and Shudder have secured global distribution rights for this film, with a theatrical release planned initially. Later on, viewers can stream it on Shudder.

Back in June 2023, we first heard about “Little Bites”. This was when news broke out that Cher and her son Chaz Bono were going to work together as executive producers for this project. Later on, it was disclosed that Spider One would be responsible for writing the script and directing it as well. The production company behind it is OneFox Productions.

In addition to serving as an executive producer, Bono appears in a chilling horror movie. The storyline centers around a grieving widower and mother who, in order to safeguard her child from a cannibalistic monster, allows it to feed on herself. Simultaneously, she conceals her daughter in the safety of her grandmother’s home.

In the film “Allegoria” (Krsy Fox stars in), Krsy Fox takes on the main character of Mindy, a young widow and mother. Young talent Elizabeth Caro from shows like “Ariel: Mermaid Tales” and “Disney Junior’s Ariel” portrays Mindy’s daughter, Alice. Jon Sklaroff, known for movies such as “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” and “Gifted”, plays the part of the monster, Agyar. Horror veterans Barbara Crampton, Heather Langenkamp, Bonnie Aarons, along with Lyndsi LaRose and Mark Kelly, also join the cast.

Speaking to Deadline, they shared their enthusiasm about collaborating with Fox, Sklaroff, and the team once more. Additionally, they looked forward to another partnership with Shudder and RLJE Films.

Krsy Fox and Jon Sklaroff delivered beyond my wildest expectations with their portrayals of Mindy and Agyar and I can’t wait to once again team up with Shudder/RLJE and let horror fans to sink their teeth into Little Bites.

Mark Ward, RLJE’s Chief Acquisitions Officer, also shared some thoughts about the cooperation with One for the forthcoming horror movie.

We are thrilled to reteam with Spider One on this terrifying film. He continues to be a strong visionary talent and we can’t wait for audiences to see Little Bites in theaters this Fall.
