Britney Spears was seen looking stylish in a long brown coat and black sunglasses while shopping in a fancy part of Southern California.
A recent photo of the Grammy-winning singer, who was arrested on March 4th, first appeared on the fan account BritneysVault.
After the incident, the pop star was released from the Ventura County Jail, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Authorities received a report about a driver behaving strangely in a black BMW 430i on the U.S. 101 freeway, near the border of Ventura and Los Angeles counties.
The artist, known as Toxic, was driving alone when police stopped her and asked her to perform several tests to check for signs of impairment.
Authorities stated that further chemical test results were still being analyzed and an investigation into the incident was continuing.
The Ventura County District Attorney’s Office hasn’t said if Britney Spears will be charged after her arrest.
A May 4 court date has been slated to address the issue, with Spears expected to be present.
A spokesperson for the singer of “Oops!… I Did It Again” called the arrest ‘an unfortunate and unacceptable event’ in a statement.

The singer’s sons, Sean, 20, and Jayden, 19, will be with her as she recovers, according to her spokesperson.

According to a source who spoke with US Weekly, Britney Spears’ team is urging her to enter a rehabilitation program or other type of treatment to address recent behavioral changes, which they say have been increasingly concerning.
She often feels lonely at home, and this has led to unhealthy coping mechanisms, such as drinking. Currently, she’s at home, and Jayden is visiting to provide support and companionship.
According to a source, Britney Spears is very disturbed by what’s been happening, though she hasn’t fully grasped the consequences just yet.
