As a seasoned investigative journalist with over two decades of experience under my belt, I must say that this Kanye West saga is as intriguing as it gets. The story of a celebrity dentist, his $850,000 titanium prosthodontics, and the alleged abuse of nitrous gas on one of the world’s most famous musicians, paints a picture that is both captivating and concerning.
In a legal document, Milo Yiannopoulos, who was once Kanye West’s top assistant, has leveled some pointed accusations towards both Kanye and his dental practitioner, Dr. Thomas P. Connelly.
As an ardent admirer, I find myself compelled to recount my personal experiences working alongside the illustrious Kanye West. From 2022 to 2024, I had the privilege of serving as his right-hand man, taking on the role of Chief of Staff. My responsibilities were not ordinary; they involved unraveling enigmas and rectifying conundrums where others had faltered. It was an extraordinary journey indeed!
In his sworn statement, Yiannopoulos stated that apart from West, he has also carried out work for Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, as well as several affluent individuals in Florida. He is asserting this to support what he describes as a ‘notable history’ of uncovering fraud, theft, and malicious intentions in various forms.
Yiannopoulos said the affidavit was in tandem with a complaint he filed with the California Dental Board accusing Connelly of ‘reckless, unethical, dishonest, explorative and, upon information and belief, illegal conduct. ‘
In his affidavit, Yiannopoulos expressed a pressing worry for West’s well-being, not just as an individual but also on behalf of several people who are close to him.

Yiannopoulos declared in his affidavit that he took an extra and uncommon measure by submitting a “jurat” sworn affidavit, which carries the threat of perjury, and mentioned all related materials have been sent to the Attorney General’s office and FBI.
Yiannopoulos stated that he doesn’t have the authority to share West’s medical records and wouldn’t make such a move without West’s approval. In his affidavit, he didn’t directly mention West while making accusations against Connelly, though West was pictured wearing a mask and using nitrous oxide in a Reddit post three months ago with the caption, “Ye on nitrous.”
Yiannopoulos stated that the affidavit concerns actions of Connelly, which involve illegally providing large amounts of nitrous gas to a well-known individual for purely recreational purposes. Additionally, he personally delivered four surgical-sized canisters of the gas into the patient’s home on a single afternoon.
As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but share this astonishing revelation: Connelly reportedly demanded a staggering sum of over $50,000 per month for his services. Even more alarming is the fact that he persisted in providing the gas, long after distressing symptoms surfaced, sparking an outpouring of concern and comment from all corners.
Connelly gave instructions to the patient on how to operate nitrous gas canisters, which he left at their home. Furthermore, Connelly knowingly advised the use of these canisters by an individual with a history of mental health issues and addiction in the absence of a qualified anesthesiologist or medical professional, as stated in Yiannopoulos’ affidavit.
In his affidavit, Yiannopoulos stated that Connelly left the patient to grapple with the self-damaging effects of addiction, displaying a lack of concern or even worse, the possibility of long-term harm to their brain or body.
As a devoted follower, I declare in this statement that, based on my understanding and belief, Mr. Connelly allegedly misrepresented the truth when he obtained ‘millions of dollars’ from a patient who was known to me as being in a disoriented, reliant, weakened, and addicted state.
In the affidavit, Yiannopoulos stated that Connelly relocated to the same building as the patient, at their own cost, with the intention of closely monitoring them.

In an affidavit, Yiannopoulos stated that he was promoted in January and discovered that West’s organization was facing a $200 million deficit while not receiving any income. To address this critical situation, he initiated emergency measures by letting go more than 130 employees within his first month.
In February and March, Yiannopoulos implemented stringent budgeting measures, travel guidelines, expense caps, and various financial restrictions to improve financial management. He identified several million dollars that were being squandered, primarily due to factors such as fraud, excessive spending, double-billing, and redundancies.
In my role as a lifestyle expert, I encountered Dr. Connelly through mutual connections, who introduced him to me as the dentist instrumental in designing and installing the impressive titanium prosthodontics that have earned Ye widespread acclaim. As reported by Dailymail.com this past January, these state-of-the-art dental enhancements came with a hefty price tag of $850,000.
As an over-the-moon fan, I can’t help but gush about Dr. Connelly, who not only boasts a star-studded clientele but also strives for his own limelight in the dental world. This extraordinary dentist has been known to incorporate diamonds into his practice on certain occasions, as mentioned by Yiannopoulos in an affidavit. He’s no stranger to the spotlight; Dr. Connelly was even featured in a New York Times piece back in January 2024.
Connelly portrayed himself as a well-established entrepreneur with extensive connections, offering his services to West but only after requesting exorbitant fees from his advisors. He also suggested drastic and turbulent modifications to West’s business model, as stated in the affidavit by Yiannopoulos.
In his affidavit, Yiannopoulos stated that it seemed to him that West was increasingly relying on nitrous gas, rather than Connelly’s business skills, to finalize the agreement.

In his affidavit, Yiannopoulos stated that during April, there were frequent discussions among Yeezy employees concerning Kanye West’s reliance on gas, with West openly expressing this concern in meetings and others discussing it freely as well.
West was frequently using his inhaler mask, almost continuously, as mentioned by Yiannopoulos in the affidavit. Moreover, his messages were growing increasingly difficult to understand and inconsistent.
In his affidavit, Yiannopoulos stated that several Yeezy employees voiced worry over observing ‘multiple large surgical tanks of nitrous oxide in Bianca Censori’s apartment.’ Connelly, however, asserted that these cylinders were always empty.
In his statement, Yiannopoulos noted that the behaviors often associated with West’s reported bipolar disorder and the aftereffects of long-term use of nitrous gas seem remarkably alike. These characteristics include unpredictable actions, emotional ups and downs, feelings of suspicion, and aggressive outbursts.
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that a Yeezy employee told him that they had witnessed West ‘self-administering the nitrous gas provided by Connelly.’
In his statement, Yiannopoulos expressed that he thought Connelly knew about West’s emotional weaknesses and intentionally took advantage of them.
In his statement, Yiannopoulos expressed his belief that federal authorities should handle the mentioned problems, and suggested that Connelly’s license be temporarily revoked.
