On Monday, Romee Strijd, who embodied her blonde beauty perfectly, walked into Fouquet’s Hotel in Manhattan’s Tribeca district following a modeling session.
In New York City, the 29-year-old fashion model chose a stylish, long-legged appearance, donning a khaki shirt-dress, a brown handbag, and timeless black loafers.

In 2009, when Romee was just 13 years old, she caught the attention of talent scouts while walking the streets of Amsterdam. However, it wasn’t until 2011 that she officially signed with DNA Model Management and embarked on her modeling career.
In the year 2018, Strijd managed to keep her tall, slender frame by exercising with KT Myers, the founder of Dogpound. She shared with Grazia Magazine that she enjoys comprehensive workouts involving bodyweight exercises such as lunges, squats, and planks. Additionally, she mentioned her fondness for strengthening routines.
The Airbnb representative, who now serves as a brand ambassador, has recently expanded her family. She’s happily welcoming two daughters into the world: Mint van Leeuwen, aged 3, and June van Leeuwen, who is 20 months old. Her partner, previously a manager, is now her fiancé, Laurens van Leeuwen.
A Dutch pair, who became engaged in 2022 but haven’t had their wedding yet, marked their 14th year together on January 11 with celebration.
Romee first encountered a 33-year-old business consultant back in 2010, who happened to be her older sister’s acquaintance when Romee was just 15 years old, herself, while he was 19.
Lauren currently holds the position of managing partner at Naetur, a clothing and jewelry company that Strijd established in 2020.
