From August 3rd to 4th, I was thrilled to be part of an intense Overwatch 2 competition! We followed a double-elimination format where teams faced off against each other. In the upper bracket quarterfinals, we handily defeated Azathoth 3-0. Carrying our momentum forward, we managed another 3-0 victory against Valentine in the semifinals. What an exhilarating experience!

Concurrently, SuperShy Ivy and AWW YASS clashed with Inarizaki, leading to a SuperShy Ivy versus Green Fortnite encounter in the upper final round. However, Green Fortnite maintained their superiority, triumphing 3-0 over their opponents, which in turn forced SuperShy Ivy into the elimination round.

Despite facing defeat against Valentine earlier, Supershy Ivy persisted and fought back. They managed to secure three victories out of five matches, thereby earning the chance to challenge Green Fortnite in the final for a rematch. Their battle kicked off with Green Fortnite emerging victorious at Lijiang Tower. However, Supershy Ivy retaliated by winning in Eichenwalde. The next match was extremely close, but Supershy Ivy clinched victory by a narrow margin of 0.01m at Esperanca.

As a gamer, I didn’t let that setback in Green Fortnite dampen my spirit. Instead, we pressed forward and snatched victory in New Junk City, Circuit Royal, and Busan.
