The epic selfie of Margot Robbie, Greta Gerwig, Tom Cruise, Steven Spielberg, and their illustrious colleagues is a testament to the power of collaboration in the entertainment industry. If only they could form an action movie team as impressive as their selfie!

As an ardent admirer, I was left speechless in awe during the grand spectacle of the 2024 Olympics when none other than the radiant Margot Robbie, her visionary director companion Greta Gerwig, the iconic Tom Cruise, and the legendary Steven Spielberg graced our screens with an unforgettable A-List selfie. It’s thought that the image was captured at the glamorous event launch, where Lady Gaga and Celine Dion delivered unforgettable performances under the spotlight.

Yesterday’s women’s Olympic gymnastics final in Paris was an incredibly glamorous event, graced by big names such as Nicole Kidman, Natalie Portman, and Serena Williams. These A-list celebrities were there to support Simone Biles and the artistic gymnastics teams.

Shortly following this event, Biles took center stage, seemingly responding to her critics – among them, a previous teammate – after securing the team gold medal.

Biles, Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, and Jade Carey outshone their competitors, securing a victory margin of almost five-and-a-half points against Italy.

After achieving success, Biles shared an image on Instagram accompanied by a blunt caption, showcasing the team.

‘lack of talent, lazy, olympic champions,’ the post read. 

I must admit, it seems like that remark was a direct jab at MyKayla Skinner, the former Team USA gymnast who boldly spoke out about her concerns regarding the team composition prior to the games. As someone who has also navigated the competitive world of sports, I can relate to her courage in voicing her opinions. It takes guts to challenge the status quo and question the decisions made by those in power. However, it’s disheartening to see such a response directed at her. Let’s remember that athletes like MyKayla contribute significantly to their teams and deserve respect for their dedication, resilience, and unique perspectives.
