But after years of mindless eating and neglecting my health, I’ve come to value the importance of making conscious choices about what fuels my body. So now, whenever something enters my mouth, I ensure that it’s worth it – either because it’s a victory or a promise – before I swallow it down. It may seem extreme to some, but for me, this newfound appreciation for food has been a transformative experience in my journey towards better health and well-being.

During the presentation, the presenter showcased an extensive collection of items, ranging from extra large to large, transitioning from athletic gear to stylish velvet pumps.
As an obsessed fan, I was thrilled to find such a diverse range of number prices in this list. Prices ranged from a mere £3 to an astonishing £230 – the current most expensive item that had my heart racing with excitement!
Showing her eclectic style in fashion, she dispensed with a £48 animal print faux fur maxi coat from ASOS, originally priced at the same amount.
From her give-away collection, there was another eye-catching piece – a £24 Monsoon jumper in vivid purple with a collar.
