How to unlock the Bound Demon mythic weapon for Reinhardt in Overwatch 2

In the latest update of Overwatch 2, there’s a new, epic weapon for players to obtain – the Reinhardt mythic weapon. Players have two options: they can collect enough Mythic Prisms through gameplay to unlock it or purchase the new bundle that comes with the weapon already included.

Like other mythic skins, it comes with four upgradeable levels and requires an entire Battle Pass’ worth of Mythic Prisms for each customization. With each level upgrade of the Bound Demon hammer, a new demonic appearance is unveiled, culminating in a spectacular demonic kill effect at level 4.

As a gamer, I can tell you that getting the mythic weapon from the Bound Demon, which comes with unique abilities, is a bit of a challenge, even though the actual unlocking process is straightforward once you have enough Mythic Prisms. The real struggle lies in obtaining these prisms in the game. In total, it takes 80 Mythic Prisms to unlock the weapon completely. You can earn this amount by completing one season’s Battle Pass, but there isn’t a specific bundle for purchasing 80 prisms directly. Instead, you must choose among three available options.

Despite this, once you’ve amassed a sufficient number of Mythic Prisms, the Bound Demon mythic weapon will be accessible in the Mythic Shop.
