For certain competitors, the day proved particularly lengthy as they persevered longer than their opponents and advanced to the final round. In the end, it came down to a thrilling showdown between ProblemWright and CleffTheGod to determine the ultimate champion.

Here’s a look at their journey through the bracket:

  • ProblemWright defeated:
    • Popular
    • Skimbo
    • Mayz
  • CleffTheGod defeated:
    • Gutfoxx
    • Kmac

CleffTheGod, seeded second, advanced directly to the next round. ProblemWright, seeded eighth, knocked out the top-seeded Skimbo in the subsequent match.

Although some may view the match-up between ProblemWright and CleffTheGod as an upset based on seeding, ProblemWright was well-prepared and determined to challenge CleffTheGod in their fight. In the end, he managed to secure a narrow victory.

Previously discussed, the clock wound down as ProblemWright converted a winning field goal for Complexity in the Kickoff Classic. Here’s what transpired during the last drive.

With only a couple of minutes left on the clock, ProblemWright’s Georgia Bulldogs and CleffTheGod’s Texas Longhorns were locked in a tight battle, each team boasting records of 21-21. In an exciting turn of events, CleffTheGod’s team scored a touchdown, followed by a successful point after attempt, tying the game.

After regaining possession of the ball, ProblemWright set out to advance it towards the opposition’s end zone. His strategy involved running plays to consume some time on the game clock, with a series of handoffs in various directions – left, right, and even straight ahead.

As the seconds ticked away on the clock, I found myself urging ProblemWright onward. With only three seconds remaining, I shouted for our field goal team to make their move. They delivered a stunning 49-yard attempt that sailed through the air and between the uprights just as time expired. The championship was mine for the taking, and I couldn’t believe it!
