As a devoted fan, I can’t help but be in awe of Hugh Jackman’s inspiring journey with his iconic Marvel superhero character, Wolverine. His recent revelation that his children were the driving force behind his decision to reprise this role once again in “Deadpool & Wolverine” only adds to my admiration for him.

Hugh Jackman shared that his children, Oscar and Ava, motivated him to take on the Marvel superhero roles of Deadpool and Wolverine once again for the upcoming big-screen production.

Sydney-raised actor, 55 years old, who previously portrayed the swearing X-Men character Wolverine in the 2017 film Logan, announced on Thursday that a heartfelt talk with his children inspired him to accept the role once more.

He shared with The Daily Telegraph that for some time, he had been having conversations with his children about their dreams and passions: “What do you hope to accomplish in life? What would you love to do if you had the freedom to choose?”

Reflecting on my fortunate circumstances, I often ponder this question: What could I accomplish if I had no limits? This is a luxury not everyone can afford, but I am grateful for the ability to ask myself this very question.

One thing the person mentioned was his strong desire to perform as Wolverine once more, contrary to earlier statements that he had finished with the role.

I couldn’t believe it when Hugh reached out to me, the thrill of potentially working with him in a film was too exciting to pass up! Though I had previously turned down his invitation, after our conversation, I eagerly agreed to accept Ryan Reynolds’ offer to star alongside him in a movie.

“Since Ryan and I are close pals, I sensed he was about to take aim, but I wasn’t certain of his location. If he was shooting at that moment, I assumed it would be a long time from then.”

The third film in the action comedy series starring Reynolds as Deadpool and Jackman as Wolverine is upcoming. This will be the tenth time Jackman dons the claws for the role.

Since the year 2000, he has portrayed Wolverine in various X-Men films, including their sequels and related productions.

Last year’s separation from Deborra-Lee Furness left Jackman feeling distressed. But in May, there were news of him seeking comfort from his older children, Oscar (23) and Ava (18).

According to Woman’s Day, the 55-year-old actor is said to be feeling deeply unhappy following the publicized divorce.

Yet, it seems that his children provide him with the most solace. They have taken on a supportive role during this difficult period for their father.

A friend revealed to the press that they have a deeper understanding of him than he does himself, often catching him off-guard with new discoveries.

The friendship between them has grown stronger than he ever expected, allowing him to share his deepest thoughts with them. Previously, he would have gone to Deb for such confidences.

Supporters of the actor believe that his strong connection with his kids may assist him in getting past his present emotional low.
