Brooklyn Beckham enjoys dinner at Sushi Park in West Hollywood with singer Cody Simpson after missing out on LA reunion with his estranged dad David

Brooklyn Beckham had dinner at Sushi Park in West Hollywood with singer Cody Simpson, shortly after being unable to join his father, David, for a get-together in Los Angeles.

As a lifestyle observer, I’ve been following the story of Brooklyn Beckham, who now lives in the US with his wife, Nicola Peltz. Recently, he shared some very personal and quite shocking details in a lengthy Instagram post – a full six pages, actually – where he expressed a clear need to create some distance from his family. It was a really revealing statement, to say the least.

Brooklyn almost ran into his father, whom he hasn’t seen since May, on two separate occasions at the same hotel on Monday. You can find more details about the story here.

I read that Brooklyn Beckham, who’s 27, totally played it cool after his recent little mishap. Apparently, he just carried on as usual, heading out to a popular spot in LA like nothing happened!

Brooklyn had dinner at Sushi Park, a low-key but famous sushi restaurant in a strip mall, with 29-year-old Australian singer Cody, who was only 15 when he released his debut album.

For dinner, Brooklyn dressed casually in a white t-shirt, dark baseball cap, light brown shorts, and white socks.

In January, Brooklyn publicly stated that his parents attempted to undermine his marriage to Nicola, and that they’ve consistently valued their public image more than their family connections.

He explained that his parents had always managed how the media portrayed their family.

Growing up, I was always surrounded by showy displays on social media, obligatory family gatherings, and relationships that didn’t feel genuine.

I’ve recently witnessed how far they’ll go to spread lies in the media, often harming innocent people, all to maintain their public image.

‘But I believe the truth always comes out.’

Last week, Brooklyn Beckham posted a photo on Instagram with Claudia and Nicola Peltz just before Mothering Sunday in the UK.

He shared a birthday message for his mother-in-law, writing, ‘Happy birthday to the best! Sending you lots of love and hoping you had a wonderful day.’ Claudia celebrated her birthday on March 12th.

The timing felt especially intentional, as many people in the UK were just waking up on Mother’s Day and reading the news. Plus, it had only been four days since Claudia’s birthday.

Nicola, 31, shared photos of herself and her husband celebrating Claudia Heffner Peltz’s birthday. In a heartfelt message, Nicola wrote, ‘Happy Birthday to my mom! I feel so lucky to be able to call you mom.’

I was so happy to celebrate your birthday with you! You bring so much joy to my life, and everything feels brighter when I’m with you. I love you more than words can say, and I hope all your dreams come true.

David shared a heartfelt Mother’s Day message to Victoria, posting an old photo of her when she was expecting.

He shared a photo with a heartfelt message wishing Victoria Beckham a Happy Mother’s Day. He praised her as an incredible mother to their four children and thanked her for the wonderful family they’ve built together, expressing his deep love and gratitude. He believes she truly deserves a special day.

Brooklyn has become close to Nicola’s family and spent last Christmas with them, including her brother Bradley, as they are a very wealthy family.

Brooklyn was upset that his parents publicly wished him a happy birthday, as it went against their agreement to keep their communication private.

Brooklyn Beckham, age 27, recently criticized the overly public displays of affection he received for his birthday, reportedly calling them ‘fake’ or ‘showy’ posts.

According to a source, Brooklyn is trying to cut off all contact with his parents, even on social media, after a recent and difficult falling out.

Victoria, 51, David, 50, and their sons Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21, all posted sweet birthday messages for Brooklyn, but he didn’t seem to acknowledge them.

According to a source, Brooklyn and Nicola regret publicly posting about his birthday on Instagram. These kinds of showy displays are precisely what Brooklyn has been attempting to avoid, but hasn’t been successful in doing so.

Last summer, they sent his parents a legal notice stating that all future communication had to be handled by their lawyers.
