Nicky recently discovered a love for painting and art. He enjoyed sharing his creative talent with those around him – his family, friends, and followers. He approached his work with passion, sensitivity, and unwavering dedication.

The family shared that Brendon had faced past challenges and was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect in 2022. They noted he was hopeful about the future when he died and asked for privacy during this difficult time.

Sarah Michelle Gellar, who played Buffy Summers, posted a throwback photo on Instagram with a quote from the show. The quote, originally said by Xander to Buffy’s sister Dawn, reflects on the difficulty of always being on the sidelines: ‘They’ll never know how tough it is to be the one who isn’t chosen, to live so close to the spotlight but never be in it.’
