As a dedicated gamer in the world of Pokémon GO, I’m thrilled to share that the long-awaited Mega Lucario is making its grand entrance during the third Ultra Unlock event! The Mega Lucario Raid Day is scheduled for none other than this coming Saturday, July 27. Mark your calendars, Trainers!

Ultra Unlock: Mega Lucario Raid Day details

From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., locally, you’ll find Mega Lucario in Mega Raids. The raids will update approximately every half an hour on all Gyms within the game.

In honor of Mega Lucario’s launch, catching a Lucario from a Raid will grant you a unique Fast Attack move called Force Palm. For those who already own a Lucario, they can acquire this move through an Elite Fast TM. Force Palm deals 13 points of damage in Trainer Battles and 9 points in Gyms and Raids, making it the first instance of this move being learnable in Pokémon GO.

Mega Lucario Raid Day event ticket

During a Pokémon GO Raid Day, as with many other occasions, you can purchase a ticket for an additional cost of $5. This ticket grants you extra passes and special benefits. Here’s what you’ll get with your ticket:

As a dedicated Pokémon Go player, I can tell you that with this ticket, I get to enjoy some additional perks along with the regular event bonuses. These bonuses last until 10 pm local time. Plus, the extra Raid Passes make this ticket an excellent investment if I’m planning to take on plenty of Raids throughout the day. With a total of 13 Raid Passes at my disposal, I won’t have to worry about spending a significant amount of Pokécoins on purchasing additional passes to complete enough Mega Raids.
