As a huge fan of Simone Ashley‘s acting skills and her impressive resume, I’m thrilled to hear about her latest role alongside Hollywood heavyweights Brad Pitt and Damson Idris in the upcoming Formula 1 racing film, “F1.” This news comes after an already exciting trailer release, giving us a glimpse of Pitt behind the wheel.
As a gamer, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news! The talented actress Simone Ashley, known for her roles in “Bridgerton” and “Sex Education,” has secured yet another remarkable opportunity. She will be gracing the big screen once again, this time starring alongside the legendary Brad Pitt in an upcoming sports movie. It’s going to be a real treat watching Simone bring her acting skills to life on the silver screen with such a renowned actor!
She has joined Pitt and Damson Idris in the cast of the upcoming Formula 1 racing movie, “F1.”
After F1 unveiled an exciting preview for their upcoming film, we now have news – this time offering a glimpse of Brad Pitt in action as he takes the wheel.
In the upcoming film, Sonny Hayes, portrayed by Brad Pitt, makes a comeback to Formula 1 racing after having left the circuit earlier.
In an intriguing turn of events, Hayes assumes the guiding position as he teams up with newcomer Joshua Pearce (Idris) in the APCGP, an imaginative eleventh racing squad.
Ashley, Pitt, and Idris join an impressive roster of famous individuals for the “petrol-head” project, as several other notable figures have been announced to be part of the Formula One team.
Kerry Condon from “The Banshees of Inisherin,” Javier Bardem known for his role in “Dune,” Sarah Niles best recognized for her work on “Ted Lasso,” Tobias Menzies famed for his acting in “The Crown,” and Samson Kayo, star of “Our Flag Means Death” are all slated to appear in the upcoming movie production.
In the film production, Lewis Hamilton, a renowned British Formula 1 racer, contributes as a producer under his Dawn Apollo Films company.
At the same time, Jerry Bruckheimer of “Pirates of the Caribbean” fame is credited as the producer, while Joseph Kosinski, known for “Top Gun: Maverick,” has been announced as the director.
Reflecting on his experience filming F1, Idris confessed he was “shaking” on his first day.
As I gaze to my left, there stands Brad Pitt. To my right, Javier Bardem makes an appearance. I cast a glance down at my own hands, trembling slightly (Vanity Fair reports). Amidst us, the epic action unfolds, with racing greats like Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen in the mix.
F1 will be released in cinemas in summer 2025.
