Netmarble’s new game, The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, is an open-world action RPG and gacha game set in the popular universe of The Seven Deadly Sins. This article details all the launch rewards players can earn in the game.
You’ll begin your adventure in Liones, but don’t forget to check out the Twitch drop event for a chance to earn free rewards like Gold and Hero Draw Tickets! You can also find a list of redeem codes with even more goodies in our article.
All the content and rewards at the launch of The Seven Deadly Sins Origin
The game is currently very popular thanks to its recent global launch, making it a great time for new players to jump in and experience the world of Seven Deadly Sins.
I’m so excited about the login event! They’re giving away a free 5-star character, and it’s Guila, who’s a really powerful Pyro damage dealer. Plus, you get a ton of other goodies like standard and character draw tickets – 10 of each! – and materials to help level up your characters. It’s a great way to kickstart your team!
As part of the pre-registration rewards, everyone will receive Tioreh, or a duplicate if they already have her. You’ll also get 10 standard draws, 3 character level-up materials, and 10 food items. If you pre-registered with your email, you’ll receive additional rewards: 10 weapon enhancements, 100,000 Gold Coins, and the 4-star Skyborne Gale Dual Swords.
You’ll also receive 700 Star Fragments from the daily appreciation letter and another 300 as a login reward. Remember, it takes 3000 Star Fragments to perform ten character pulls, so be mindful of how you spend this currency, as it can take time to collect.
Additional rewards we can get from the early game
Here’s a breakdown of the rewards you earn from game missions and events. Completing each main story act currently gives you 10 Standard Pulls, and there are 5 acts in total. However, you can only get these pulls from 4 acts right now, as Act 3 is currently unavailable for an unknown reason.
The ‘Path of the Hero’ is a common feature in many open-world gacha games, acting as a guide to help you progress and earn rewards. It works similarly to the daily reward systems in games like Genshin Impact. To unlock these rewards, you’ll need to complete specific tasks and meet certain criteria – each rewards page contains 8 missions.
As you level up your account, you’ll receive rewards through what we call the ‘Book of Stars.’ This is a great way to earn Star Fragments with each level gained. We also have a special ‘Codex’ – think of it like the Pokédex – where you can collect entries for creatures, characters, pets, and weapons. Leveling up these entries also rewards you with Star Fragments. Keep in mind, these Codex rewards are a one-time bonus per entry.
Final Thoughts
The game is beautiful and genuinely fun to play. Now that it’s available worldwide, I’m hoping the game world lives up to the potential of the Seven Deadly Sins story. Hopefully, Netmarble won’t ruin the experience with overly aggressive in-app purchases.
