Dua Lipa teams up with George Clooney to reboot his 20-year Nespresso campaign as they pose for new photoshoot

Dua Lipa has teamed up with George Clooney to reboot his 20-year Nespresso campaign.

The 30-year-old singer is joining the coffee company as its new global spokesperson, alongside George, 64, who has represented the brand since 2006.

Dua Lipa and her collaborator recently had a photoshoot to showcase their partnership. Dua looked chic in a black jacket and skirt for the photos.

In another photo, she struck a playful pose in a bright blue short-sleeved top and matching skirt.

Nespresso’s marketing chief, Lorenzo Aizpuru, explained they chose Dua Lipa as a partner because of her interests beyond music, including her book club and newsletter, Service95.

A representative shared with Adweek that George will continue working with the brand and be featured in upcoming campaigns.

The latest campaign features Dua Lipa prominently, but George Clooney’s ongoing work and dedication are still incredibly important to Nespresso.

This follows recent photos Dua shared from her February trip to Paris, where she appeared happily in love with her fiancé, Callum Turner.

The singer, known for her song ‘Houdini’, was laughing a lot while hugging the actor, 36. They playfully posed for pictures, sharing kisses and clearly enjoying each other’s company.

Dua shared her experiences with the difficulties of staying connected in long-distance relationships, offering support to a fan who recently relocated for a job.

She started giving advice as a relationship expert for her website, Service95, and one popular question was how to maintain close relationships with family and friends who live far away.

Dua was the ideal person to consult, as she had just finished a year-long world tour focused on positivity, during which she was separated from her fiancé Callum and family back in London.

She replied that she’d become quite skilled at handling this, particularly when she was on tour.

‘I’ll start by saying this: it does get easier with time, but it never stops being hard.

It’s hard being separated from family. It’s not just about missing holidays or birthdays—it’s the little everyday moments you share that really make you feel connected, and missing those can create distance.

Despite admitting things can be tough, Dua finished with a hopeful thought: ‘Relationships might evolve when people are far apart, but love itself doesn’t disappear.’

‘If anything, it can feel even stronger when you don’t get to see each other all the time.’

The popular singer recently shared details about her own previous breakups after a fan wrote to her about their sister struggling with confidence following a split.

Dua, who has previously dated Anwar Hadid and Isaac Carew, responded by saying that breakups are always difficult, both personally and when witnessing a loved one going through one.

It’s natural to want to cheer someone up when they’re feeling down, often by telling them how great they are or to ignore the negativity. But sometimes, that’s not actually the most helpful response in the moment.

‘Sometimes the best thing you can do is just be there and be reliable.

Allow her to express her negative feelings, even if she uses strong language, without attempting to cheer her up or offer solutions.

Going through a breakup is upsetting, and allowing yourself time to process those difficult feelings can be surprisingly helpful for recovery.
