After a difficult disagreement with their son Brooklyn last year, David and Victoria Beckham are eager to reconnect with him and be together in the same space.

On Monday, Sir David and Brooklyn almost ran into each other twice at the luxurious Beverly Hills hotel, coming very close to a confrontation despite their ongoing disagreement.

The Daily Mail reports that former England captain David Beckham narrowly avoided two collisions on Monday, once in the morning and again that evening. This happened shortly after he returned from a ski trip to British Columbia with his son Romeo and arrived home late Sunday night.

The 27-year-old influencer was spotted relaxing by the hotel pool at 3pm. Later that evening, at 6pm, Sir David, age 50, had dinner at the renowned Polo Lounge with two friends, including David Gardner, who previously had a close connection with Brooklyn.

Although three hours passed between when Brooklyn was last spotted and Sir David’s dinner, hotel staff believe the time might have been shorter.

According to people close to the Beckhams, David Beckham was unaware that Brooklyn was at the hotel during either of his visits.

According to reports, he visited the location on Friday morning after breakfast and then again on Monday, following an Oscars viewing party hosted by his godfather, Sir Elton John, in West Hollywood Park.

Other guests reported he was dancing late into the night, and because of that, he didn’t see his father when he first arrived at the hotel.

According to one source who spoke with the Daily Mail, David was completely unaware of Brooklyn’s location and didn’t realize he had missed him on two separate occasions. It wasn’t a planned meeting at all.

Brooklyn was with Elton when David visited on Sunday night. Brooklyn left before David returned on Monday morning, and hadn’t been there when David initially arrived.

Brooklyn hasn’t spoken to his parents for quite a while, which is very sad. He’s made the decision to live his life this way with Nicola.
