Grace Lilly, known from the reality show Southern Hospitality, was arrested in Charleston, South Carolina last week after police found she was carrying twelve clonazepam pills without a legal prescription.
A 27-year-old reality TV star was arrested on March 10th for possessing drugs, according to legal documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times.
Charleston police confirmed Monday that tests showed the substance was clonazepam, a controlled substance categorized as Schedule IV.
Lilly first told police she thought the pills were contraception. Once the test results came back, police obtained a new warrant for the Bravo star’s arrest.
Lilly was arrested last week – her second arrest in three months – and released after posting a $10,575 bond, court records show.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Lilly for comment on the latest developments in the case.
Lilly’s mugshot showed her wearing a standard white and green striped inmate uniform, and her hair was neatly parted in the middle.
According to court records, Lilly was arrested in Charleston on December 28, 2025, following a warrant issued for second-degree harassment.
Police stopped Lilly at a Circle K convenience store, reportedly because she changed lanes illegally and may have had an outstanding warrant, according to People magazine.
I was shocked to hear that when the police searched her car – a 2012 Mercedes C-Class – they discovered a container marked ‘happy pills’. It’s just… unbelievable.
According to the report, the container held 12 round, white pills marked with the letter “P” on one side, and a broken half of a blue, oblong pill that had no markings.
According to the report, Lilly identified the blue pill as Xanax and the white pills as birth control when questioned about the contents of her purse.
Okay, so the report says Lilly claimed she had a prescription for Xanax, which, honestly, I totally believe! But apparently, when they asked her for proof, she didn’t have it right then. It’s probably in a safe place or something, you know? It doesn’t mean she was lying, just… unprepared! I’m sure she has it, she must have it. It’s just frustrating they didn’t have it on hand to show everyone how legit she is!
I was shocked to learn the police were already looking for this person! Apparently, there was an existing warrant out for their arrest connected to a harassment charge – a second-degree one, to be exact. It just adds another layer to everything that’s happened.
South Carolina law defines second-degree harassment as repeatedly bothering someone in a way that’s meant to be intrusive, significant, and without any valid reason.
The legal definition of what counts as harassment stated it would cause a reasonable person significant emotional upset.
Lilly has court dates slated for May 1 and August 21 in connection with the case.
Lilly, an Instagram influencer with over 57,000 followers, is currently appearing on season four of Southern Hospitality, a reality TV show connected to Bravo’s popular series Southern Charm.
The fourth season of Southern Hospitality recently premiered on Bravo, following Southern Charm’s Leva Bonaparte and the employees of her two establishments: Republic Lounge & Garden and Bourbon ‘n’ Bubbles Restaurant & Bar.
