According to reports, Ruth Langsford is hoping her new book will help her move on and finalize her separation from Eamonn Holmes, offering her a sense of strength and closure.
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the news, and it’s been a busy time for everyone involved with the recent split of the former ‘This Morning’ host and her co-star. Just as details emerged about him moving on with Katie Alexander and settling into a beautiful new home, the host announced she’s releasing a very personal memoir. It sounds like she’s ready to share her side of the story, and it’s certainly creating a lot of buzz!
After 27 years as a couple, including 14 years of marriage, Ruth has reportedly moved on, and is ready to close this chapter of her life.
Ruth Langsford’s new book, Feeling Fabulous, will share the experiences and insights that have defined her life – both the good times and the challenges.
According to a source, the timing of Ruth’s book announcement wasn’t a coincidence. It happened shortly after news surfaced about Eamonn’s new relationship, suggesting a deliberate connection.
Ruth isn’t focused on negativity; she’s taking control of her life and is currently feeling great.
Oh my gosh, I just read the latest! Apparently, she really wants to be completely done with Eamonn – like, totally finished, both officially and in her heart. And get this – she’s using the book as a way to finally move on and close that chapter for good! It’s like, she’s writing her way to freedom, you know?
Daily Mail has contacted Ruth’s representative for comment.
Since their breakup, the two former partners and co-stars have generally refrained from discussing each other publicly.
But now, Ruth plans to speak about her ‘experiences’ in her new memoir, which releases February 26.
Oh my gosh, you guys, she finally posted about the book! She said on Instagram just now that 2026 is the year it’s coming out! I seriously can’t even breathe thinking about it. She’s so excited, but she admitted she’s a little nervous too, which just makes her even more adorable! I’ve been following her forever, and this is a dream come true! I’m already marking my calendar!
These are personal stories from my life—the joys, the challenges, and everything in between—that have shaped me into the person I am today.
I’m excited to share my life story, including the challenges I’ve faced and what I’ve learned from them. My book comes out on February 26th, but you can order it now! I’m also offering a limited number of signed copies.
You can find a link to my book in my bio or stories! I really hope you love reading it as much as I loved writing it.
Ruth, a panelist on Loose Women, has been single since her divorce and has recently started seeing a therapist to help her cope with the separation.
Following his split from Ruth, Eamonn has begun a relationship with 22-year-old relationship counsellor Katie. They recently bought a house together in Holywood, Northern Ireland.
A recent report in The Sun says Eamonn has been spending money on weekend getaways for them to enjoy together.
A source said Eamonn enjoys returning to Northern Ireland to see his family and has been looking for a new home there for some time.
This property would be an ideal place for Katie and me to build a home and start fresh, creating new memories together. We could also use it as a relaxing getaway for weekend trips.
‘This development is perfect as houses can be custom-built for wheelchair users.’
Daily Mail has contacted Eamonn’s representatives for comment.
