Looking for a new show to get hooked on? You’re in luck! This week brings some great options, including a fresh period drama called The Other Bennet Sister. Starring Ruth Jones (from Gavin and Stacey) and Ella Bruccoleri (Call the Midwife), the BBC series follows a strong-willed woman as she strives for independence.
Mystery fans have something to look forward to this week with the arrival of a new psychological thriller on Apple TV. The series stars Elisabeth Moss, known from The Handmaid’s Tale, and Kerry Washington of Scandal, and promises a story full of guilt, revenge, love, and betrayal.
If you’re enjoying the second season of One Piece, there’s plenty more adventure coming with Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and his crew! It’s going to be a great week for fans, so here’s a look at what’s coming up.

The Other Bennet Sister
Ruth Jones, known for Gavin and Stacey, and Ella Bruccoleri, famous from Call the Midwife, are joining forces for a new historical drama on BBC called The Other Bennet Sister.
Based on Janice Hadlow’s popular novel, Olivia Bruccoleri stars as Mary Bennet, the often-ignored middle sister in Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, according to the story’s description.
Okay, so I’m really excited about this new show! It’s basically the Pride and Prejudice story, but told from Mary Bennet’s point of view – you know, the quiet sister. It’s cool because we finally get to see her come into her own and figure things out for herself, instead of always being in the background. Apparently, Imelda Staunton is playing Mrs. Bennet, and Richard E. Grant – who was amazing in Saltburn – is Mr. Bennet. It’s going to be 10 episodes, and I’m already hooked just from the premise!

The Other Bennet Sister is available to watch from Saturday 15 March at 8pm on BBC One.
