StoneAge: Idle Adventure is a new, easy-to-play RPG from Netmarble where you team up with dinosaurs to go on exciting quests. You’ll fight tough enemies and try to defeat the Spirit King to bring peace back to the world of Tectonika. This guide will help beginners understand the basics of the game. StoneAge Gameplay Basics

In this idle RPG, you’ll help your hero collect dinosaur companions and fight against evil in the world of Tectonika. The game plays mostly on its own – your job is to manage and grow your hero and their dinosaur pets as they explore.

When you begin the game, you’ll quickly receive your first pet and be launched into a battle against wild dinosaurs. A key part of the experience is collecting dinosaur pets, which aren’t just companions – they actively fight alongside you, using their special skills to defeat enemies.

Progressing through the story, completing daily tasks, and participating in events will give you the resources you need to power up your heroes and companions. Make sure to log in often, improve your pets, equip stronger gear, and build a well-rounded team to defeat more challenging enemies.

StoneAge: Idle Adventure Guide: Tips and Tricks

Here are some helpful tips to help you progress faster and become more powerful in the game.

1. Do as the missions demand

In StoneAge: Idle Adventure, you’ll find a lot of different Missions and Quests to keep your journey through Tectonika interesting. As with many idle RPGs, completing these missions is key to moving forward. Focus on finishing them – they’re designed to be easy and will give you the resources you need to progress quickly.

As you complete missions and level up, you’ll unlock new features. For example, reaching level 4-2 will give you access to a new trainer, which will significantly improve your overall power.

2. Constantly upgrade your Hero and Pet Levels

So, since this is an idle game, I don’t actually play the battles. Instead, I focus on leveling up my hero and pets by managing their stats and gear. The better I equip them, the stronger they get – it’s all about those upgrades to make them more powerful!

You can improve your characters by going to the bottom left corner of the screen. There, you’ll find the Characters menu, which lets you upgrade both your Pets and Heroes. You can also use the “Power Up” tab to significantly increase your Heroes’ defense, health, and attack power.

3. Constantly Capture Dinosaurs to unlock Rare Equipment and Items

A simple way to get powerful equipment for your Heroes is by catching Dinosaurs. This section lets you earn valuable resources and gear whenever you capture wild Dinosaurs. These captured dinosaurs are stored, and you can then trade them for rare and important items that help strengthen your Heroes.

You’ll find the Capture button at the bottom of the screen, just above the Menu. Tapping it lets you catch dinosaurs yourself. Once you finish level 3, you’ll unlock Auto-capture, which makes catching dinosaurs much easier! Plus, you can earn extra rewards right now by capturing lots of dinosaurs during the limited-time “Great Hunt” event.

4. Keep Drawing for Pets to Unlock Higher-Rarity Dinosaur Companions

This game lets you embark on an adventure with heroes and their dinosaur companions. You’ll continually improve both your heroes and pets to make them more powerful. Focus on collecting rare pets, especially those with SS and SS+ ratings, as they’re the most valuable.

These powerful pets will significantly increase your combat strength, making it easier to advance and succeed in the game.

As you unlock more Pets, your overall Team Power will increase. Collecting powerful, SS rank Pets can boost your Team Power to millions, which helps when competing against other players. Plus, you can earn extra rewards by completing the Dinosaurs Codex, making it even more worthwhile to collect lots of Pets.

5. Use the Forge to enhance your Weapon

It can be challenging to find new weapons in the game because they require a lot of resources. A great way to get stronger weapons is to improve the ones you already have. You can use the Forge to boost your weapons’ attack power, making them more effective in combat.

6. Raid Dungeons Frequently for Valuable Resources

Dungeons are a great way to find valuable items. Regularly exploring them will get you the resources you need to power up your hero and dinosaurs. You can find things like Capture Tickets, Stones, experience points (XP), and Totem Fragments inside.

These dungeons offer a lot of valuable resources, so completing them is worthwhile. Try to run dungeons every day you can, because regularly collecting these resources will help you advance more quickly and get your team ready for harder challenges.

7. Participate in Limited-Time Events for Rare Rewards

Special, temporary events are a fantastic way to get useful rewards and speed up your progress. They usually offer things like Capture Tickets, rare and powerful Pets, items to upgrade your gear, and other hard-to-find resources you wouldn’t normally get through regular play.

Participating in these events as they become available will help you quickly power up your heroes and dinosaurs.
