Lily Allen flashes her skimpy lingerie beneath a sheer mini dress as she takes to the stage on the latest stop of her West End Girl tour in Manchester

Lily Allen wowed the crowd with her performance in Manchester on Thursday night during her West End Girl tour.

The singer, who is 40 years old, shared a bunch of photos on Instagram showing her having fun behind the scenes before going on stage to perform.

For one of her outfits, she wore a see-through lace minidress, revealing pink lingerie and a stunning physique underneath.

She finished her outfit with a silk robe trimmed with faux fur, which she dramatically let fall open as she confidently walked on stage.

Okay, let me tell you about Lily’s outfit! She changed into this incredible dress – a leather cone bra style that really showed off her amazing figure. It was a super sleek, body-conscious look that highlighted every curve. Honestly, it was a total showstopper!

She captioned the post: ‘Two nights in Manchester. Nottingham see you tonight x’.

The album ‘West End Girl’ is well-known as a tribute to Taylor Swift’s former husband, David Harbour, and the difficult end of their relationship.

While singing “4Chan Stan” – a song about finding out a partner cheated – Lily covered herself with a long piece of cloth decorated with the song’s lyrics and images of receipts.

During the first two concerts in Glasgow and Liverpool last week, audience members noticed the receipts printed on the merchandise were from tequila bars and Bergdorf Goodman, listing purchases made by her former partner for other people.

This part of the song is a clear reference to a specific event. She sings about never having been to Bergdorf Goodman herself, but knowing someone was taken shopping there on May 24th and bought an expensive handbag. She wasn’t there – she was in London, likely asleep – but she’s aware of what happened.

During the performance, Lily dramatically tore away her dress to reveal a sheer lace bodysuit and shiny burgundy hot pants she had on underneath, both from the brand Self-Portrait.

The dress isn’t the only connection to the album’s themes of infidelity. During her performance of “Pussy Palace,” Lily sings from a bed next to a Duane Reade bag, a detail that echoes the song’s lyrics about finding a bag of sex toys at her husband’s other apartment.

The album received three nominations at the 2026 BRIT Awards, but the artist didn’t win any awards at last week’s show.

Throughout her West End Girl tour performance, Lily Allen quickly changed outfits six times during the 45-minute show. Her looks included a delicate Valentino slip, a classic tweed Valentino suit, and a striking black leather bustier dress by 16Arlington – a brand she modeled for last year.

Mel Ottenberg, editor-in-chief of Interview magazine, created the show’s stunning outfits. He shared on Instagram that his friend Lily convinced him to return to styling for a tour after a 20-year break – he originally styled her two decades ago.

Some fans said they didn’t quite understand Lily’s first performance, and were surprised she was only on stage for 45 minutes.

Everyone enjoyed watching Lily perform her new album live, but a few people weren’t as enthusiastic about the first part of the concert.

The audience enjoyed a 55-minute instrumental performance by a string trio, featuring popular songs like ‘Not Fair,’ ‘The Fear,’ and ‘Smile’.

This part of the show got a varied reaction. Some people found it amusing and over-the-top, while others felt it was simple and resembled a children’s school performance.
