Paulina Porizkova, 60, bares it all in pink bra and panties to show off the 15 pounds she’s gained

Paulina Porizkova stripped off and wore pink lingerie in her latest Instagram post.

A 60-year-old former model, known for encouraging body and age acceptance, shared a video of herself looking fantastic at home.

She openly shared with her 1.4 million followers that she had gained about 15 pounds in recent years.

In the clip, she answered the question: ‘How do you look so fabulous at 60?’

‘It’s all just in good light and posing,’ she went on to explain.

She pinched the skin on her arm and said, ‘Here’s the truth: I’m sixty years old, and this is what that looks like.’

She continued, saying she’s proud of her body, especially her stomach, which carried two children. She explained that no amount of exercise, like Pilates or weightlifting, will change the fact that skin is skin, and she’s comfortable with that.

The star concluded, ‘But you know what? I like myself better this way.’

The caption included more context.

It’s all just a temporary illusion, a way to create a good impression, Porizkova explained. Ultimately, reality will always set in.

‘But! Gravity has also built your strength so you can hold your head higher than ever.’

She gestured to her bra and underwear, explaining that she’d originally purchased the set seven years prior for someone who wasn’t interested in the lingerie itself, but simply wanted her to appear younger.

Even though it’s a tight squeeze, wearing it is completely worth it just to see the smile on my partner Jeff Greenstein’s face.

Despite the usual challenges of getting older, she said she’s never felt more confident or comfortable with who she is.

Porizkova will turn 61 in April.

She’s been with Greenstein for three years. Before that, she dated screenwriter Aaron Sorkin.

The actress was married to Ric Ocasek, the musician from the band The Cars, for nearly three decades, from 1989 until they separated in 2018. Ocasek passed away in 2019.

They shared sons Jonathan, 32, and Oliver, 27.

In January 2025, she shared that she had gained around 15 pounds following her double hip replacement surgery earlier in 2024.

I was genuinely happy with how things were going – I’d finally overcome chronic pain, was building a life with someone I loved, traveling with friends, and working on my writing. It wasn’t until a modeling job in Paris that September that I realized I’d gained weight – it was a complete surprise!

She said she actually prefers her current weight. A year ago, she was 15 pounds lighter, but she was also in constant pain, so she finds her body feeling softer and more comfortable now.
