Emilia Fox has shared that she’s been focusing on her well-being and healing over the last year following her separation from Jonathan Stadlen.

The 51-year-old actress, known for her role in Silent Witness, recently shared with Woman & Home magazine that she’s feeling positive and hopeful about what’s to come, while looking stunning in a feathered dress.

Emilia looked stunning in the photoshoot, first wearing a glamorous dress with puffy sleeves, and then switching to a striking two-piece outfit.

The actress, after separating from her TV producer partner at the beginning of 2025, has been focusing on personal growth and processing the breakup.

It’s natural to feel upset by things, but as you get older, you learn to accept them as just part of life. You also develop the ability to bounce back and take care of yourself.

Breakups are never easy, but I’ve been focusing on things that help me feel better, more hopeful, and optimistic about the future.

Okay, so Emilia just said there aren’t any new guys in the picture, which, honestly, is a relief! But she also hinted at ‘future and new beginnings,’ and I’m totally losing it trying to figure out what that means! Is it about her career? More music? Or…could it still be him somehow? I’m obsessed, obviously.

She added that while breakups are always difficult, she’s been focusing on strategies to help her feel more positive, hopeful, and optimistic.

In a recent interview with the Daily Mail, the actress explained that we can either view life’s challenges as damaging, or as experiences that shape us into the people we are.

Honestly, thinking about everything with Jonathan just fills me with such good memories. He’s amazing, and I’m so grateful for all the time we shared. But… I’ve realized I need to focus on what’s next for me now, and start building a new future. It’s just time to move forward, you know?

Emilia, a mother to 15-year-old Rose with her ex, Jeremy Gilley, has called her relationship with Jonathan ‘wonderful,’ but also said they both put in a lot of effort to keep it strong.

Since 2004, she’s played Dr. Nikki Alexander on Silent Witness, becoming the show’s main star after Amanda Burton left the role.

Emilia shared that she focused on her work to help her cope with the breakup, and her new series will be released on February 2nd.
