90s Starlet Bridget Fonda Transforms: Obese to Svelte and Ringless!
She’s looking more slender and healthier than she has in years.
Daily Mail exclusive images captured a heartwarming act by the renowned actress (aged 61) in her Encino Hills, LA neighborhood: she was seen assisting a neighbor in decluttering their garage.
She embodied suburban tranquility as she placed a completely filled trash bag into the back of her neighbor’s car.
She donned an unbuttoned white linen shirt at the neck, layered over a gray tank top, paired with baggy black trousers, black sneakers, sunglasses, and carried a blue crossbody bag. Her hair was loosely tied in a bun, a shade of gray-blonde.
What stood out most, however, was what she wasn’t adorning: her wedding ring, along with a considerable amount of the weight that the ’90s Hollywood star had gained in recent times.

I am a devoted admirer, often recognized as Bridget Fonda, an actress famed for her roles in films such as The Godfather Part III and Jackie Brown. In recent news, my struggle with excessive weight gain has been highlighted in 2022.
Currently, Fonda’s figure – including her face, arms, and legs – is noticeably slimmer. While she doesn’t conform to the extreme slimness often associated with Hollywood, her physical changes have brought a sense of relief to her admirers. They’ve been worried not only about her weight but also her health, as well as her prolonged absence from the spotlight since stepping away from show business at the turn of the century.
Due to the current buzz surrounding Ozempic in Hollywood, it’s sparked discussions about whether Susan Sarandon might be using weight loss medication, like many other celebrities who were previously larger-framed such as Amy Schumer and Rebel Wilson, have been rumored to do.
Additionally, it’s been speculated by some of her followers that her weight loss is a result of increased cardio exercises and strength training, rather than any other means.
There is uncertainty about whether Fonda is still married to Danny Elfman since they haven’t been spotted together for a long time, and she hasn’t worn her wedding ring for more than half a year now.
Despite open court documents from Los Angeles suggesting no divorce for the actress who starred in Single White Female, it is known that she tied the knot with Elfman, aged 71, in November 2003. Their son was born in 2005 together.
Approximately a month before their engagement, Fonda was involved in a severe car accident on Pacific Coast Highway in February 2003. This accident resulted in a vertebra fracture, leading her to make the sudden decision to retreat from public life and concentrate on living more privately. Since then, she hasn’t acted in any projects.
Prior to composing music for films like Batman, Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Alice in Wonderland, Elfman served as both lead vocalist and songwriter for the LA-based rock band known as Oingo Boingo.
Elfman has been battling a slew of sexual harassment claims in recent years.
In the year 2023, Nomi Abadi, a previous protege of his, alleged that he had subjected her to harassment on numerous occasions. One instance involved him giving her a martini glass containing semen, followed by a settlement payment.
Elfman denies all allegations against him.
In her early acting career, Fonda first appeared on the silver screen at just five years old in the 1969 drama “Easy Rider,” where she shared the limelight with her father, Peter Fonda. As a member of the esteemed Fonda family, she is the granddaughter of Henry Fonda, a renowned actor, and Aunt to Jane Fonda, currently 87 years old.
Since quitting Hollywood, Fonda has not looked back.
When seen at an airport in 2023 and queried about reviving her career, she was prompt in responding.
‘No, I don’t think so, it’s too nice being a civilian,’ she said.
