90’s pop sensation, Melanie Blatt, posted a clip from her current job at a London eatery, specializing in premium burgers, while announcing some thrilling news.
50-year-old, who is known for her music with All Saints, has shifted gears in her professional life by now working as a chef at The Londesborough pub, located in the district of Stoke Newington, North London.
She started a new venture, named FullFillings, within the food industry, and she appears as a guest chef every Tuesday as part of a renowned chef residency program at a local pub.
On Monday, Melanie shared some thrilling updates on Instagram, disclosing that she’s broadening her residency and planning to cook at the pub this coming Friday.

As a connoisseur of all things delicious and dining-related, I recently had the pleasure of sampling Melanie’s signature beef burger. In true Masterchef style, this creation doesn’t just stick to the traditional burger formula – instead, it swaps out the usual seared minced steak for a slow-cooked beef patty. A delightful twist on an old favorite!
The burger was presented in a soft brioche roll, accompanied by Manchego cheese, pickled red onions, and a side of fries. A luxurious gravy dip was also provided, bringing the grand total to £20.
Additionally available was the jerk-flavored companion chicken burger, priced at £19, that came in a similar presentation to the original one.
