Chuck Potthast’s cause of death has been revealed nearly three months after his passing at age 64.
The 90 Day Fiancé star died in November of last year, and his family announced the news, saying they were ‘completely shattered’ by the loss.

According to the medical examiner’s report from Hillsborough County, Florida, he tragically died from injuries to his face and neck sustained in a fall while in the bathtub. In addition to other injuries, the TV personality had broken a vertebra and suffered cuts on their face.
The documents also listed positional asphyxia as an additional cause in his death.
