This renowned television host, who I have admired for years, appeared almost unrecognizable in her new light. It seems she’s embarking on a transformative journey, focusing on health and wellness – and it’s truly inspiring to see the changes unfolding!

She soaked in the Florida sun in the floral-printed paired with a fedora and oversize sunglasses.

She has lately shared details about her experiences with perimenopause symptoms, following a significant weight loss journey spanning over four years.
In 2017, a mother of two openly shared that she had shed more than 20 pounds within a span of three months as part of her preparation for shooting the Netflix series, The Santa Clarita Diet.
She credited her weight loss to healthier eating habits and a more consistent exercise regimen.
According to both Us Weekly and Grubstreet, it’s been disclosed that she has adopted a primarily plant-based diet, and in the mornings, she prefers to drink hot lemon water.

Yet, she mentioned that it’s acceptable for her to maintain a diet rich in clean and wholesome foods and engage in an hour-long Pilates workout on numerous occasions each week.
She expressed, “That’s simply my path,” she explained. “It’s my destiny. I’m not sure. Perhaps I was skinny and unkind in a previous existence.
She previously addressed the pressure in Hollywood to be skinny and said she never bought into it.
‘Never have, never will,’ she told People in 2019. ‘I think it’s bulls***.’
Instead, I’d express it this way: I’ve come to realize that prioritizing my own health through regular exercise and self-care is an essential part of being the best mother I can be. It not only enhances my wellbeing but also sets a positive example for my child.

‘Achieving my ideal weight isn’t a walk in the park; it feels like an endless struggle, much like Sisyphus pushing his rock uphill. I realized genetically, I’d need severe dieting and relentless exercise to attain that body type, but that wasn’t something I was willing to prioritize.’
She added: ‘I want to run companies and have children and enjoy food and wine.’




Nowadays, she tries to balance maintaining a healthy lifestyle too.
She emphasized that there comes a time when one truly understands the significance of maintaining good health and well-being, it’s absolutely crucial, as she shared with the media outlet.
I aspire to keep up with my children by playing with them, and since I’m a single parent, there are times when I have twice the amount of tasks to handle.
‘To maintain this at 44 years old I have to really take care of myself,’ she said at the time.
Instead, she highlighted that her objective revolves around achieving a state of healthiness for her body, rather than focusing on a specific weight or number on the scale.
She stated, “I don’t put myself down or strive for a specific appearance, and my objectives aren’t focused on vanity. This allows me to have an authentic conversation with my children about accepting and working with ourselves as we naturally are.
‘We’ve got to embrace it. We were all made a certain way.’
