50 Cent Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged SUV Assault, Gloria Allred Represents Victim
50 Cent recently spoke about a potential lawsuit involving a photographer, who alleges that he was deliberately instructed by the rapper to get struck by a car door in the autumn.
On Monday, Guadalupe De Los Santos, the plaintiff, submitted a lawsuit to the Los Angeles Superior Court, as reported by TMZ after examining the related legal documents. In this case, De Los Santos is represented by well-known lawyer Gloria Allred, who is 83 years old.
On September 11 last year, as recounted by De Los Santos to the court, the musical artist (who is now 49 years old) instructed someone from his group to knock him off an electric scooter he was riding, following the rapper’s book signing at The Grove in Los Angeles.
In the incident, it was reported that De Los Santos, who was capturing professional shots of the rapper known for hits like “Candy Shop,” “P.I.M.P.” and “If I Can’t,” sustained injuries.
According to De Los Santos, the interaction with the rapper and his companions transpired while he was recording video clips following the signing, near a traffic light not far from the shopping mall.
As a die-hard fan, I’d rephrase it like this: I, being an overly enthusiastic admirer, found myself in a rather peculiar situation when the passenger door of 50 Cent’s SUV suddenly flew open, causing me to lose my balance on the scooter I was riding. The documents confirm this unusual event.

In the recent turn of events, I found myself unexpectedly colliding with the pavement on my left side. Unfortunately, this mishap left me with some injuries and also caused a bit of damage to my trusty scooter.
De Los Santos informed the court that due to his injuries, he was forced to stop working for a long time, incurring substantial medical costs as a result. As a consequence, he decided to seek compensation from the rapper.
As your trusted lifestyle guide, I want to share some insights about a recent development. 50 Cent’s legal team communicated to TMZ on Monday evening that they have not received any formal legal documents regarding the lawsuit yet. However, when they do, they are prepared to mount a robust defense against it.
According to a lawyer for Mr. Jackson, neither he nor Mr. Jackson has received or viewed a court document showing a lawsuit initiated by Ms. Allred’s law firm, as reported by TMZ on Monday.
In other words, the lawyer said, “But if someone files a baseless lawsuit against Mr. Jackson, know this: his legal team will act promptly to throw out the case and pursue all possible penalties, expenses, and other legal protections that the law allows.
According to the leaks attributed to Ms. Allred, Mr. Jackson isn’t accused of being the driver of the car or the person who the photographer-plaintiff claims opened the door while chasing the car as it left the bookstore.
The outlet stated that the lawsuit wasn’t disclosed unofficially (or “leaked”), but instead, it was acquired from publicly available documents following its submission.
Dailymail.com has reached out to Allred’s office for further comment on this story.

The well-known performer, also known as 50 Cent, shared a couple of photos on Instagram featuring himself alongside Allred.
On September 25, 2014, they were captured grinning in images snapped during the SundanceTV premiere of Dream School: NYC held in New York City.
Originally from New York, the monarch (who recently spoke out in defense of his controversial Las Vegas engagement) recalled a specific instance with attorney Allred as the point when he decided he dislikes lawyers.
He said of a potential suit, ‘Gloria you should know better, chase a different ambulance.’
50 Cent, known for his past heated online discussions, posted, “Gloria, you won’t receive money that way, but if you give me a call, I’d be happy to treat you to dinner. Laugh Out Loud.” (LOL)
