- 417 EDIFICE launched a capsule collection featuring Hiroya Oku’s cult sci-fi manga, GANTZ
- The lineup consists of graphic tees, a reversible jacket and caps, all featuring art from Oku’s COLOR WORKS art book
417 EDIFICE collaborates with renowned sci-fi manga artist Hiroya Oku on a collection inspired by the gritty, futuristic vibe of “GANTZ”. The collaboration combines elements from Oku’s own art book, COLOR WORKS, to create a range that includes graphic T-shirts, a reversible satin jacket, and two cap designs. Each piece showcases striking illustrations or bold embroideries with high contrast details.
The collection of T-shirts features eight designs, either black or white, highlighting significant characters and moments. Ranging from main character Kei Kurono to adored figure Joichiro Nishi, as well as popular female characters and iconic scenes from popular arcs. Similarly, the reversible jacket offers a sleek black exterior, embellished with a red “G” logo on the front chest and gray “GANTZ” embroidery on the back, while its inside showcases an intense print that envelops the wearer in GANTZ’s gritty universe.
Two hats, available in shades of gray and black, add a finishing touch to the collection with intricate “G” designs in red and green stitching, subtly referencing the series’ famous spheres and weaponry. The GANTZ capsule collection ranges from ¥5,500 – ¥27,500 JPY (approximately $37 – $185 USD) and can be purchased through 417 EDIFICE on Baycrew’s online store.
